"After we checked into our hotel, we decided to find a place for dinner. We knew that this IHOP was on University Avenue...and if we had paid attention when we pulled up to the hotel, we would have noticed it was right across the street. It took us asking the front desk clerk where it was for us to have that ding! ding! ding! moment. So...we crossed the street to have dinner. We both had breakfast for dinner. As it was still early in the evening, there were only a couple other tables that were occupied. Our server was prompt getting to us. We both started with a glass of orange juice and my husband also had coffee. He had the bacon temptation omelette which consists of: jack cheddar cheese plus white cheese sauce. For his side, he had toast. I had a breakfast meal that was only available during certain times of the day. It had 2 eggs (I did fried over easy), hash browns, sausage, bacon and ham. Plus it had all you can eat pancakes although one serving of them would have been more than enough. Sure enough, I was too full to clean my plate. Everything was properly prepared, so no complaints. My husband really liked his bacon omelette he liked it so much that he still talks about it. Hmmm...time to give the local IHOP another try. If we pass through Las Cruces again, we wouldn 't hesitate to return to this IHOP."

"This was our first time at the restaurant and we chose to visit during the Easter Festival. It was truly amazing, to say the least. The food was excellent with a wide variety of options to choose from. Our waitress, Shelby, was the highlight of our visit. She was the most cheerful person we have ever met, serving us with passion, love, patience, and friendliness like no other. The bathrooms were also well-maintained. The entire staff was helpful and always had a smile on their faces. We had a fantastic experience and will definitely be returning in the future."

"The food at this restaurant is okay, but I have a major issue with their delivery service. They only provide one butter and one syrup for multiple pancakes or pieces of French toast, which is not enough. I have called the restaurant in advance to request more but they still only give me the standard amount. Even reaching out to the delivery driver has been unsuccessful in getting more toppings."

"Our waitress, Ashleigh, was absolutely fantastic! We often go out to eat after our water aerobics classes, and we had quite a few of us with us this time. Thank you, Ashleigh, for your excellent service! On a different note, it was quite warm in the dining area, and IHOP should definitely look into fixing that. That’s the reason for my low score on atmosphere."

"Having discovered IHOP 40 years ago, I’ve come to love the idea of enjoying breakfast any time of day. But IHOP offers so much more than just breakfast. The variety of dishes at the locations we visit always impresses us. From Nutella crepes and omelettes to steak and eggs, there’s something to suit every taste. We especially enjoy the Big Steak Omelette, Steak Tips and Eggs, Country Fried Steak and Eggs, Eggs with Avocado, as well as their range of crepes and pancakes. The newest addition, Cannoli pancakes, was a family favorite. The service at this location is outstanding, with staff who are friendly and professional. The restaurant is always clean and conveniently located near major roads. Being inside a plaza makes it easy to run other errands after a great meal. I highly recommend IHOP, especially this location."

"We ordered food for Father’s Day today and it was the worst food we ever had . It says under new management, smh, they need to go out of business! The food was cold, some not even cooked enough, had to reheat everything and 2 dinners had to be thrown away because it was eggs. My mom got chicken crepes that use to be on the menu but now are not, however, the server said they could still make it. The crepes were barely cooked they tasted and looked like soggy noodles, there was 3 tiny pieces of chicken in the whole thing, and she didn’t even get the sauces she asked for yet they charged us! The mozzarella sticks were hard and the cheese wasn’t melted like a mozzarella stick should be and the marinara sauce was cold and tasted old and sour. They didn’t even cut the stems off the spinach I had to pull it out…and lastly, my sons pancakes were so overly dry he didn’t even want to eat them and they were chocolate! This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had and I will never eat here again! Thanks for ruining our Father’s Day dinner!! $65 down the drain I should of gone to McDonald’s at least the food would of been decent!!"

"This IHOP was not the worst I have ever visited in terms of cleanliness. We visited on a Saturday around 1pm and there was no wait. I ordered my usual steak tips and eggs, while my wife opted for a spinach and mushroom omelette. The food was good, although it's important to remember that this is IHOP we're talking about. The kids shared a silver dollar pancake breakfast for their second meal of the day and they really enjoyed it. This restaurant is a great choice for families with children. The service was top-notch."

"I ordered online for pick up. I got an email stating they don?t have in-store pick-up but they?ll bring my food to my car for curbside pick up. I got a text to indicate when on my way, and they tracked my location. As I turn to the parking lot, I got atext saying to park, and I would get my food shortly. Ten minutes later, I called the store. The person said they DO NOT offercurbside, and I had to go inside the store. No big deal. I waited about 3 minutes before somebody came out of the kitchen withmy food. When I got home, the food were all cold. We ordered sausage with the pancakes but we got bacon instead. The personreally don?t like bacon that?s why she ordered sausage. The double blueberry pancakes were missing the compote. That?s themain reason if ordering the double blueberry ? for the compote! It was a huge disappointment altogether. The online orderingoffered mini caddy syrup. We ordered two. We did not get any. We got a McDonald like syrup in a flimsy container. One of theboxes has a lid that doesn?t fit so when they were all stacked together, the omelet was half out of the container so it wasn?tsafe to eat. Half the ordered food ended up in the compost bin. Half the people in the house are eating cereal. Wasted $45.73plus gas/time to pick up the order. A disappointment of an order!"

"We waited 45 minutes for our food, despite there being only 8 people in the entire restaurant. It took 20 minutes for our appetizer to arrive. The manager was cooking in the kitchen instead of greeting customers. Our food sat under the heat lamp for so long that my scrambled eggs turned into rubber. The pancakes were supposed to come with bananas, but the waitress failed to inform us that they were out of them. The table next to us waited 15 minutes for toast. As someone in the food service industry and a sous chef, I would have retrained the waitress if this had happened in my kitchen. The manager refused to address the issues and remained in the kitchen cooking. It seems like he may have been promoted to manager without proper training. With only 8 tables, the staff could not handle the load. I would not recommend dining at this IHOP in the Uniontown area today. The service was very poor, and if I had the chance, I would have fired the young waitress with black hair and the manager as well."

"I had a lunch date with my friend here a couple of weeks ago. I arrived before my friend and went I side. I let my server know that I would be waiting to order until my friend arrived. My friend arrived about 10-15 minutes after me. In the course of me waiting for her, my server came back and asked me two more times if I wanted to order. It really confused me the second time because I had already said that I was waiting. By the third time I realized she was just trying to hurry me up so that she could turn the table. I had a brief conversation with my friend and before we were even done conversing or done with our food, our server was back asking if we needed boxes. She literally rushed us out. I don't know if that's encouraged by management at this location but it definitely made for a really bad customer experience. The food was also barely seasoned and bland. Just not good at all."

"The dining experience was average, but our server Ronnie truly stood out. Despite being underutilized, they handled everything smoothly and never missed a beat. Unfortunately, some of our dishes were only lukewarm, but had they been served hot, they would have been exceptional. Additionally, the cheese on our omelet appeared to have been haphazardly thrown on top rather than properly melted."

"We stopped here for brunch on the way to St. Louis and were pleasantly surprised. I had heard you could get avocado toast here and wanted to try it. Although it's not a menu item, you can get a side of avocado and an order of toast. Our waitress, Mary M., made it work and it was GREAT. The coffee is nothing to write home about, but it did its job. I also bought a side of breakfast potatoes that were seasoned and cooked well. My husband ordered the potato pancakes and liked them, though the order was quite small. Mary M. was courteous, friendly, and quick. When a friend of ours inevitably complained about something, Mary was polite and quickly made it right, and we appreciate her patience with difficult customers. I believe a manager seated us and he was friendly as well. This was a great brunch experience and I will be patronizing IHOP again."

"Worse place ever! Was sat and waited 25 minutes and no one even said that they would be right with us. NOTHING!!!! We were passed by so many employees. A table that came in after us had drinks and food order put in. As we got up and left we told the manager about the situation and they didn't say anything. Not an I'm sorry not nothing! The floor was so sticky that my shoes stuck to my he floor. Will never come back here again. Very disappointing."

"IHop came out with a new thick and fluffy French Toast menu, and it had my name written all over it. They no longer use regular bread, and have replaced it with artisan bread dip in a vanilla cinnamon batter. There are several toppings you could have on it. I chose the Strawberry Banana, glazed strawberries, fresh bananas, powdered sugar and whip cream. My wife chose the Gingersnap Apple that consisted of sliced cinnamon apples, gingersnap cookie crumbles, red currants, and powdered sugar. This came with the apples, and red currant on the side so you can mix how sweet and tart you want it. Cinnamon apples, and red currant paired perfectly. These new breakfast entrées are absolutely delicious. As always service was excellent and the restaurant is extremely clean. I also like that they give you a craft of coffee instead of needing to keep coming back for refills."

"This is definitely the best IHOP I've ever visited! When we brought our youth group to camp, we thought we’d be having a late lunch. The manager welcomed us personally, arranged tables for our group, and even held the door open for us. Our waitress was very friendly and skillfully took everyone’s orders, all while managing a lively group of chatty teens. The food arrived quickly, which really surprised us considering the size of our group—we expected a long wait! Everything was delicious, and we truly appreciated their excellent service and hospitality!"

"The food at this restaurant was decent, but it was severely understaffed. I only saw 2 waitresses and possibly only one chef. I arrived around 12:15 and placed my order at 12:45. The waitresses were very busy running around, trying to take orders, clean tables, and handle payments. The place was never more than 1/3 full, but the waitresses were struggling to keep up with all the tasks. From the time I entered until I left, I was there for nearly 2 3/4 hours. It was clear that the waitresses and chef were overwhelmed with the workload."

They only accept cash payments and have misled customers for over four months by claiming that their card machines are out of order or that the internet is down. This has led customers to pay in cash, allowing the establishment to avoid creating electronic records of transactions. Such dishonesty tarnishes the reputation of IHOP. They do not inform customers of this cash-only policy upfront; instead, they reveal it only when customers are ready to order, making it challenging for them to leave without paying. This manipulative conduct is unacceptable. While I have enjoyed dining at IHOP in the past, I cannot support this location due to its deceitful practices. Despite receiving multiple complaints, the owner, Karen Jo Miles, has demonstrated a lack of concern for her staff's behavior and the negative feedback about her restaurant. This disregard for professionalism and failure to address customer issues suggests that the business may be facing decline."

"The food was quite good. I hadn't dined at IHOP in years, and the crepes were just as I remembered them, Mama! The only reason I didn't give a full five stars is that it was quite noisy— the kitchen staff were shouting across the dining area during the entire meal. Also, I got the impression that the manager may have been a bit eccentric... you know, just a few quirks here and there. But those crepes were fantastic! It might be another five or six years before I come back to try them again."
