"The food was quite good. I hadn't dined at IHOP in years, and the crepes were just as I remembered them, Mama! The only reason I didn't give a full five stars is that it was quite noisy— the kitchen staff were shouting across the dining area during the entire meal. Also, I got the impression that the manager may have been a bit eccentric... you know, just a few quirks here and there. But those crepes were fantastic! It might be another five or six years before I come back to try them again."

"Food took forever during a non busy time despite employees far outnumbering diners. Air conditioning was on extremely high and uncomfortable. Every part of the order was mixed up in some way. To top it off, the employees were yelling at each other and arguing about no one doing their jobs behind their counter. There wasn't even any cream for the coffee and we were told a lot of the food options were out of stock including the advertised seasonal combos coffees, and they didn't even have fruit."

The staff is always Courteous, friendly and Professional. The Dining room for 'Dine In ' is always clean and comfortable. The Food is excellent, fairly priced and always delicious. The Store Manager Mr. Shibli does an excellent job over seeing everything, and the Kitchen and entire staff always do an incredible job making sure you have a great experience every time !!! Finally, I recommend the ' Colorado Omelet ' My Favorite combination of ingredients all cooked together for an incredible breakfast every time. "Place is OK with friendly staff, not too busy with a mixture of people, good food, nice portions and a fresh ambience. The menu has a generous selection and the coffee was nice. Only downsides are that it takes forever to pay and they declined my first payment. When I called the credit card company about it I was told that they entered the expiry date wrong; how hard was it to read, were your fingers too fat? I would've thought that they'd used the contact-less method or swiped it; very low tech business I felt uncomfortable with them taking my card away for a while. It's embarrassing when other people look at you and think I have no money to pay."

"I wouldn't recommend going to this place at all. My family and I recently visited this place and our server rarely came to our table to check on us, and not get to eat our food until an hour and a half of being there and see that other customers are sitting and seeing that there are food being bought to them within minutes, then watching them leave and seeing more customers sitting, and still eating was not on our table. When our food finally arrived (from the manager and another waiter who was not assigned to our table) everything was cold when it was sitting in the back, with a plate must be restored and wait one hour. Then our waiter finally decides to show up, but only to give us the check (it was 56.86, so I gave the waiter 60 (3 twenties) and the .86 cents (which I gave 8 dimes 1 nickel and 1 penny) he comes with just 3.20 with the receipt saying that my change was 3.14 and when I told him that not my correct change he was trying to make me change at all that I was going to him But I think I'm not and I want someone else to be treated like that. There are some negative reviews I saw while I was waiting for my food and when I read them, I should have just and my family out there."

"Table was dirty, I walked over and got the spray and wiped down my table. Waitress said she was newly hired. I pointed to what I wanted , which was a 55 and over sr sampler. When I got my plate, I was missing my hash browns , bacon and ham were not on my plate only 1 egg, 1 sausage and 1 pancake. I just assumed she would be back with the rest since she said she was new. I ate what was served and waited. She returned with the check. I told her that i was missing items on my plate and she went back and told cook. She said cook was also new . She did not offer to bring items out to me. I looked at my check and she charged me for a breakfast sampler at 13.40 not a sr sampler which sould be 8.79. I asked her to correct this. She went to manager which was sitting and socializing with guests. She returned and said that she would give me $2 .35 discount. that would bring my bill to 11.05. I told her that was no discount . My original order was only $8.79, and I did not get complete order. Where is my discount? She spoke to manager a second time , offering 50% off which would bring my bill to 6.70. I told her that half of 8.79 =4.39. Manager came over screaming you ate all the food and did not complain. I told her that i did not receive what I had ordered. I should only have to pay for what I ate. I went up to pay my bill and she was still vey nasty to me. She told me DO NOT EVER COME BACK. I can see why the parking lot is empty. I can see why all the tables are empty. I can see why employees do not stay very long. I can see this restaurant being closed in the near future. Did I mention that the food was not that great."

"I understand that this IHOP is always busy, essentially that was the same experience we had today. With that being said we had a table of 5. Or waiter took quite a while to get to us. Our drinks subsequently came out. When it was time to place the order in addition to the food that I ordered, I ordered food to go. I was the last one to order food because of this and wanted to make sure that there was no question about the to go order. The first person to order was very specific about his order. When his food arrived there was missing food and undercooked poached eggs. This was brought up before the order was ever placed about the request for the way that the egg should be cooked. During this time, the restaurant had filtered out quite a bit and there were a lot of empty seats. At this point there were more servers than there were tables that were filled. What I'm trying to say is it wasn't busy anymore. The server had a little bit of an attitude about the situation with the poached eggs and advised that it would be a while because they were really busy. Which obviously was not the case. My friend ended up getting the manager involved explaining the situation where they switched out service to somebody else. She was amazing, and even she was a little concerned about the way she noticed our waiter was handling us. Because she kept walking by us we were asking her to help us out because our waiter had disappeared. She ended up becoming our waitress. As we were in the process of trying to get the check I asked the waitress about the to go order. She said she would go check and she came back a short time later a little frazzled. She advised that the order was never placed in their system. She took care of it it was cooked and brought out and we ended up leaving. That waitress I wish I knew her name did an amazing job. The waiter a negative zero. Because of the way the service went I won't be stepping back in there the food was mediocre at best. I haven't been to this IHOP in a very long time and now I remember why we stopped going there."

"We visited the restaurant with a group of five. My wife and I are both over 65, and we ordered the 2 x 2 x 2 breakfast. However, when the bill arrived, the waiter charged us the full price instead of applying the senior discount. He took our orders entirely from memory without writing anything down. Additionally, my grandson ordered toast but mistakenly received pancakes instead. While the waiter did eventually adjust the bill to reflect the senior prices for my wife and me, we had to argue our case, noting that seniors shouldn't be charged full price for meals that are the same. Although the waiter was polite, I found his service to be somewhat inconsiderate; he often reached across me instead of serving each person individually. "This place was amazing and had great service. My strawberries were a little squishy and warm but I did get crapes. My only problem was the crapes taste a little funny and the hashbrown is not seasoned. My hashbrown is plain . The sugar free syrup was a little funky to me. The bathroom is not sanitary but this is coming from a germaphobe. The kids menu is on a whole other level. The math for kids is a little tricky and confusing for us lol.It seems simple but the food chart is weird.And when you have to match the characters to their job it doesn't give any hits. I do not recommend the milkshake at all. Its too sweet and thick. Is that just me?I don't know. I didn't have a good experience and I hope you do."

So I asked someone else they found me a fork and knife. BEWARE for those with Celiac or Wheat Allergy: All the IHOP Omelettes are a mix of eggs and pancake batter to make theomelette look bigger. If you tell them you are allergic to wheat or are a Celiac patient and want eggs only they will make youromelette with eggs and no pancake batter. Bottom line, their omelette is No Waffle House Omelette. They charged me 0.99 for apiece of cheese and 0.99 for onions I could not find in my hash browns. But all in all this Really is a higher end cleaner,better IHOP in the area. I forgot to take pictures. We were very hungry."

"we had dinner there last week and everything was in order until it was time to pay the bill. we were presented the bill at the table and left a tip and went to the front to pay. after more than 5 minutes to watch how employees of us go and ignore us, we finally went back to the restaurant and found someone who helps us. After we told them we wanted to pay our bill, they told us that they only made credit card payments at the front and we had to go back and sit at our table and someone would be over to take our payment. we stand there with cash in the hand and they refuse to pay? There have been 5 more groups waiting to be seated, ignored. If the review had dropped, we would have said that they would take the payment to the table, there would be no problem. but we stood there with cash in hand and were rejected. we refused to go back to the table and wait. we are here and here is our payment, we have been waiting for 10 minutes. after all, someone got us our 25 cents in the walk and we could go."
