"Food took forever during a non busy time despite employees far outnumbering diners. Air conditioning was on extremely high and uncomfortable. Every part of the order was mixed up in some way. To top it off, the employees were yelling at each other and arguing about no one doing their jobs behind their counter. There wasn't even any cream for the coffee and we were told a lot of the food options were out of stock including the advertised seasonal combos coffees, and they didn't even have fruit."

We arrived at about 12:05pm and had to leave at 1:00pm because lunch hour was over. We never got our food!!! We had to have them pack it up to go!! Breakfast shouldn’t take that long to serve.
