"Place is OK with friendly staff, not too busy with a mixture of people, good food, nice portions and a fresh ambience. The menu has a generous selection and the coffee was nice. Only downsides are that it takes forever to pay and they declined my first payment. When I called the credit card company about it I was told that they entered the expiry date wrong; how hard was it to read, were your fingers too fat? I would've thought that they'd used the contact-less method or swiped it; very low tech business I felt uncomfortable with them taking my card away for a while. It's embarrassing when other people look at you and think I have no money to pay."

The hostess informed us that incomplete parties cannot be seated. This seemed like an unusual policy, so it is not recommended to come with a group of 5 or more where everyone is arriving separately. View menu

The one and only time we went here there was a foreign object in the food. Not really on my to-go list after that. The receipt discounting the item was hilarious though. Food was also mid, foreign objects aside.

Went to IHOP in Silverdale, WA. The restaurant was no where near half full and we were told it would be a few minutes, after waiting more then 5 minutes we walked out and went to Shari's. Bad management at IHOP.

I never seem to get my order right at this restaurant. I always have to go back and ask for missing items. Even when I do takeout, they often forget to include condiments, a fork, or salt and pepper. My order is consistently incorrect. View menu

The over all experience was okay. Food was good. They were super short staff so I believe they were doing the best they could. Wait was long to be seated and get food or our check. But we expected it since they immediately apologized for being short staff when they sat us at a table. Id come back.

Parking: The one in Silverdale Washington management socks customer service is way customer service is very poor food was very cold and not completely cooked when I asked for it to be reheated they threw it in the microwave and reheated it lying to me saying oh no he made the whole thing and I could tell it was microwaved two noisy letting people in when they're sick especially with sick kids Amanda was just as hell carpet needs to go in and see how the store is ran I think this IHOP SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN REMODELED AND GET MANAGERS AND NEW EMPLOYEES IN THERE
