"When we got there it was 2 people already seated and eating, yet for some reason it took 5 minutes for a worker to come get us seated, keep in mind how they literally made eye contact with us yet totally ignored us????. Crazy. Then when we got seated ittook another 8 minutes for the boy to come take our order, we were so confused cause the restaurant was literally very empty, wewould have been the 3rd table there eating, no joke. The food came and it was good, but here?s what made this experience so?worth it? WE NEVER GOT OUR CHANGE BACK AFTER WE PAID. It was almost 2 dollars in change which isn?t a big deal to us fr, butit?s the way they boy who took our order completely forgot about us after he came and got the money for us to pay, we waitedlike 10 minutes expecting to get our change back so we could leave a tip despite the long wait and stuff, but we just never lefta tip cause where is our change? And we also never got the customer copy of the receipt because they literally forgot about us.So we decided to just get up and leave, he was sitting down counting receipts and talking to another one of his coworkers,laughing it up.???? we not going back, I tried calling the store 3 times, the number not even working."

great waitress and I didn't care that my 3 kids are kids. They talked to them and they got what they wanted. they knew we were 2 hours ahead of us and even refilled their chocolate milk before we were gone so we didn't have to stop.

Really busy! Honestly only reason not 5 is just because it?s so short staffed couldn?t keep all tables open. They turned everyone quickly and staff was very friendly and fast service. Our waitress was amazing! My wife, daughter and I all ate hugemeal and it was under $50!

Usually our food is good and tasty. Today my grilled cheese was so cold the cheese wasn't even melted. Fries were hot! My husband had an omelet. He didn't eat half of it. It was huge but very dry and not much taste. First time this has happened! May be the day.... we will go back! View menu

The menu changed and not for the better. we waited 5 or 10 minutes to be seated in a empty restaurant. employees were scarce which is common these days. the food wasn't very good. hashvroens tasted like cardboard. only thing that was good was thecoffee n juice. worst $46 spent, wish we would have left. BOO!!

This was my first visit to IHOP and the experience was fantastic. Erin was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made sure we were satisfied every step of the way. It has been a long time since I received such great service everywhere. I believe she should be a trainer for others to follow. This location will definitely get a lot of business as long as she is there. Great job, Erin! And fantastic food, IHOP!

Our server was amazing. She bussed tables, served, and took orders by herself (all week long) while management and a group of Hispanics (on the clock) sat and watched. When we were done eating one of the Latinas got up, presented our check, and wasvisibly upset I didn't give her the tip. I waited for my server and handed her the money personally. I just enjoyed a late lunch at the new IHOP, and I was quite impressed. The restaurant was clean, modern, and surprisingly uncrowded for a Tuesday at 2 p.m. Our server, Erin, took wonderful care of my mother and me. She accurately took our orders, delivered our drinks promptly, and even adjusted the blinds to block the sunlight without us asking. The food was cooked perfectly and served piping hot. Thank you, Erin, for a delightful meal!

My son and I had a great experience. All of the staff we interacted with were very friendly, and the booth we sat at, and the women's bathroom were clean. We were helped right away, my son was given a crayon and paper to color with while we waited, the food was hot and brought out around the time my kiddo was bored with the paper, and our drinks were refilled before they were gone. Service was great, and we would definitely come here again if we're in the area.
