"Sorry we were not impressed! We have gone numerous times before and loved the food but the service has never been that great! We got attitude and we felt like an inconvenience tonight! Had to ask for a refill on our wines and we had to wait! We got no thank you and no your welcome! Had a few questions about special menu tonight and I was afraid to ask because I felt like I was bothering her. She would drop off our stuff and run! Wait staff has never been educated on the menu or drink selections, they always need to go ask someone! As far as our visit tonight my lobster tail came with some type of whirl butter alternative and when my boyfriend ordered his prime rib he ordered med rare and it was dry and over cooked! Once we got the bill no compensation was offered and all we got was attitude again. So my boyfriend asked to talk to the manager and she said I am the manager, no apologizes offered! I choose this restaurant for my Valentines's Day supper, thank you for putting a sour note on my day!"

"Have eaten here several times. Was surprised that with a reservation we were still sitting at a booth looking into the kitchen. We could have asked to be moved, but we didn't want to. The waiter was very enthusiastic, but failed to fill glasses of water without being asked. My husband's lasagna was a huge brick in the middle of an unadorned plate. A little salad or something green and crispy would have been nice. Not an à la carte fan, especially when it comes to the price of the main course alone. The room was very dark and a bit noisy. I would ask not to sit in this area another time."

"I cannot speak highly enough about the baby shower that was held at Lorenzo's for my daughter yesterday. When we arrived that morning, the tables were already set up and arranged perfectly with the white and blue linens we had requested. It was quite obvious that Antoinette went above and beyond with minor details to make the event perfect in every way. Our two waitresses and bartender were very personable with the guests and attentive to our needs throughout the shower. As usual, the food was outstanding, as evidenced by the many compliments we received from our guests. As a proud resident of West Haven for 68 years, I was happy to support one of my favorite local restaurants. I want to thank Antoinette and her entire staff for making this special occasion so memorable for us."

"I recently had the pleasure of dining at Carellis this past evening and it was an unforgettable experience. The menu offered a delightful array of traditional Italian dishes, each sounding more tempting than the last. The Chicken Saltimbocca was hands down phenomenal cooked to perfection over potatoes. "Worst pizza in Worcester by far. I don't know who's keeping them in business. I went on a Friday evening and walking in and being the ONLY customer in there should have been my first clue. After ordering 3 slices off their counter pizza that was looked a week old took one bite and it was clearly OLD pizza. My son and I asked to use the bathroom and we were told it wasn't working. Then asked to either return the pizza slices for fresh ones I was told they had a no return policy! This is food that had 1 bite taken. ZERO customer service skills and the pizza went straight in the trash. NEVER AGAIN. I DON'T take my time often to write reviews so that means it MUST have been that awful."

"The phone line is a hit or miss during busy hours so I've had to go in person and walk away because the wait would've been one hour. Came back a second time and it was a call-in for pick up. Pizza was ready in 20-30min as promised. My S/O turned me onto the Ranch-O-Q pizza and it was perfection. The dough is outstanding, cook was crunchy and chewy. The toppings on this particular pizza is very generous with huge chunks of real (i assume rotisserie) chicken and a bunch of big pieces of bacon. The smell made us salivate on the drive home. I warmed up a few pieces in the airfryer the next day and it was even better! We've decided this is our go-to pizza whenever we can."

"I've ordered from The Pizza Works for years now (my go-to when I forget to pack a lunch for work). The food has always been phenomenal (highly recommend the chicken Caesar wrap) but recently, the deliveries were taking a little longer to arrive. I reached out to see what was going on the level of customer service I received after my complaint was so beyond my expectations! I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! "The food is amazing.The server was great, very personable but only speaks Italian or Spanish so if you know, you know ?. The owner comes to take the orders and can be charming.Honestly if they didn't have the pizza service at the front it would be a much better restaurant atmosphere experience but with the amount of guests dining, I don't think they could servive without the pizza business I am a fan of it for on the go delivery.Altogether one of the few places left in the neighborhood that gives great food service at a great price.Don't sleep on Gaudio, they are worth it"

Most customers appear to go there for the pizza.The restaurant has your classic checker covered tables and chairs for eat ins. The place is neat as a pin. The couple who own it are down home friendly. They also sell a variety of tantalizing Italian desserts. Luigi 's has its own parking lot.Try Luigi 's out. Chances are you won 't regret it."

"came on Friday to dinner after truli. we were immediately impressed by the openness of the dining room and the beautiful sitting places in the open. we were in the time for happy hour and had two appetizers: the meatballs and the cauliflower. both were delicious and plentiful. our dinner was just as delicious and plentiful. the menu has options to please any grime. we had the opportunity to talk to the manager, max. he was extremely personal and very attentive. our server, conor, was friendly, helpful and attentive, without being intrusive. although it is a 45-minute drive from our house, we will return to this welcoming and pleasant restaurant."

"I've been a regular at this restaurant for years, and one of the reasons I enjoy it is that it's not widely known, making it a nice, quiet, and authentic dining spot with a relaxed atmosphere. The Italian food here is incredibly authentic—nothing is just microwaved or pulled from the freezer. Everything is always fresh. However, during my last two visits, I noticed the cleanliness of the establishment has declined significantly. The dishes were dirty and sticky, the cloth napkins had food remnants on them, and the silverware was unclean. While the food is fantastic, the unsatisfactory level of cleanliness has been quite disappointing lately. Despite my fondness for the food and the sentimental value this place holds for me, I find it hard to return."

"This is place is a hidden gem! It looks like an office building from the outside so it's easy to miss out. The owners have designed the interior with a panache equal to the strip in both uniqueness and beauty. It has a garden area you have to see to believe is in a local restaurant. Every aspect of the service was on point and we were visited by the owner to ensure we enjoyed everything. That is always a great sign. I had the Steak Pizzaiola and my date had the bone in New Zealand Lamb. Both were perfectly prepared, cooked and presented. I even tried the lamb which I'm not a fan of usually and it was so tender and delicious it might just make a convert of me. Finally we topped it off by sharing the Tiramisu and it was fantastic. Overall this was a great local small business owner restaurant that should be on your regular night out schedule."

"Parking was easy. Signs to restaurant still had name of previous business, so a little confusing finding the entrance. Waitresses were friendly and efficient. Outdoor dining was pleasant with good view of the marina. I enjoyed my meal. I ordered a pasta dish with scallops and asparagus. Delicious. Ice cream dessert was yummy. My enjoyed her veal Marsala. My cousin had a fish dish (I forget which fish). He didn’t enjoy it. Said it had a sour and unpleasant taste. All in all, a mostly good experience. I would give it another try."

"We dined here with a large party on a Friday night. The service was the most impressive- never an empty glass, plates cleared when finished, food orders were taken quickly and came out just as quick, special attention was paid to the one toddler in our group getting their meal in first. You can't beat good service!! But on top of good service was also good food! Our group had a variety of dishes- shrimp fra davalo, veal Parmesan, shrimp orgenata, linguine with clam sauce, chicken French and there was not an ounce of food left on any plates! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here!"
