"I ordered the BLT with extra lettuce they were very little lettuce on it hardly none and it was dry as could be hardly any mayonnaise also asked for a very small amount of fries I got more than I've ever seen they still need to improve a lot Wasn'tgood this time ordered the chicken fried steak to go when I had the chicken fried steak in there it was a real you know likechop steak it's been breaded there you could tell this hair look like it was the prefab Patty that was already bred in they justcooked it and it was didn't taste good. This time and they didn't give me any plastic wear also usually they're good but thistime they were not. They were a lot better before the pandemic and they were getting better but had a bad day this timeapparently but they went back to them around hamburger patties that were pre- breaded looks like when before they had the actualcube steaks or something big ready themselves they still do sometimes I guess whenever they run out of them they use the other"

""I absolutely love Kale My Name! The Southern Super dish had all the fixings I was looking for, and the Garlic Kale had the perfect texture. The Fried Cauliflower wasn't too heavily breaded, and the Mac Cheeseball was the standout item for me. I only wish there was more than one in the box, but I'll definitely be getting a full order next time. The fries were a bit overcooked and soggy by the time they arrived, but that's to be expected with delivery. I tried about 5-6 different sauces, and I have to say, the Awesome Sauce and garlic aioli were amazing. Plus, they have a variety of gluten-free and soy options, which can be hard to find at vegan restaurants. I highly recommend making the trip to Chicago for this place, it's definitely worth it!""

"If you're looking for a low to mid-temperature latte that tastes uneven and burnt, along with a curt and indifferent attitude from the staff, then this is the place for you. With so many great coffee spots around town, I'm not sure how this place manages to stay in business. I haven't heard of a single positive experience from anyone I know, nor have I had a pleasant visit myself at any of the Steam Dot locations in the Anchorage area. I gave it an extra star because their cheese cookie is tasty, but honestly, it just isn't worth it. Alaskans have high standards for coffee, and this place fails to meet them both in terms of product and service."

"eating for soda was terrible that we told our server. she came back said we didn't know what was wrong with it. do you want water? 3 out of 5 chicken quesadillas we ordered. someone from the kitchen brought them out was quite rude! none of them had chickened on them, but we were charged the regular price. when we asked the server they said they are not all the same price. that was terrible! the server was nice, seemed to make the things better. who has delivered our meals must find a new call! her employment was terrible, terrible customer service! will not go back!"

"The first time when I come to this ice store, I was on other Sloan's like Mizner Park the ice good is not getting me wrong, but I have never experienced what I have experienced here, I am allergic to peanuts said to the guy to please wash the shovel he used to make my man ice cream, the lady with short red hair told me that they can not take any ice cream place that either all You can easily lose customers for sure that I would never come back. It's sad that you tell a customer in small words that you can't eat when you are allergic because we contaminate the ice."

"This was our first time visiting Cosmos Ice Cream, and it certainly won’t be our last! We sampled four of their specialty flavors: Dulche De Liftoff, The Black Hole, Hubble Bubble, and the Cosmic Unicorn. Each flavor was a delightful experience. The unique texture of the ice cream, created through the use of nitrogen, was really enjoyable, and it became wonderfully creamy as it melted towards the end. We will definitely return in the future to sample more flavors. It’s worth the trip to the shop or to catch their giant truck at events. Thank you, Cosmos!!"

"I'm on a quest to discover the best cookies in NYC, and I definitely got closer with Insomnia Cookies. They offer the kind of cookies I'm after: soft, chewy, flavorful, and with an incredible variety. I really appreciate their late-night hours, especially for those of us with a sweet tooth who tell ourselves we won’t indulge. However, there is a major downside: their delivery range is quite limited, which undermines the whole point of a late-night cookie service. I found myself just outside their delivery zone, but thankfully I could use Uber Eats. If that option weren’t available, I wouldn’t have been able to get the cookies because there's no way I'm walking around at 11 PM just for sweets. The added fees from Uber Eats were a bit disappointing, especially since Insomnia prides itself on late-night deliveries directly to your door. So, Insomnia Cookies, please consider expanding your delivery options. Living in Hell's Kitchen, I believe I should have had access. If you happen to be within their delivery range, I highly recommend giving them a try. They do offer shipping as well, but that doesn’t quite work when you suddenly have a craving that needs immediate satisfaction."

"This will be my first and last time ordering from here! First of all, my order was completely wrong. I had ordered the Deluxe Nachos with nacho cheese on the side and Tres Tacos, but instead, I received Brandon's Wild Nachos (which were loaded but just okay) and what tasted like a banana pudding with stale cookies and whipped cream ice cream. They didn't even have the decency to put my order in a different bag, even if it was meant for me. My dasher had another order to deliver before mine, which meant that the nacho cheese I requested on the side only made my chips soggier. Oh, and did I mention that it wasn’t even my order in the first place? I didn't get the full amount back for the Tres Tacos I didn’t receive, and I was pushed into accepting whatever compensation DoorDash decided to give me through chat. My money didn't even warrant a conversation with a live customer service representative. This experience deserves a definite zero-star rating, but I have to give it at least one star to submit my review. And before you ask why I’m bothering to write this, it’s because I spent my hard-earned money on this order."
