"I stopped by the drive-thru to order a coffee that I had really enjoyed during my first visit to the restaurant, and I was excited to try it again. This time, I decided to stick with that same coffee. The staff member suggested trying the cherry blossom cold foam, which was popular, so I thought I’d give it a shot on top of my cold brew. However, when I tasted it at the window, I realized I didn’t like it at all. Unfortunately, the employee didn’t offer any help or suggestions to improve my drink; he just wished me a good day. As a result, I ended up spending money on a drink I couldn’t finish. I was really looking forward to enjoying my coffee this morning, but I left feeling disappointed. On a positive note, the Mexican corn-stuffed bagel ball I tried was fantastic! As someone who works in the service industry, I believe in treating others the way I’d like to be treated, which is why I don’t often write reviews."
