"When I arrived, I encountered Felipe, the other manager, who was rude and unhelpful. He accused me of trying to steal and spoke about me in Spanish, not realizing that I understood him since I'm Hispanic. I told him he shouldn’t talk about his customers like that. I didn’t want to deal with him anymore and preferred to speak with Kristi, who was professional and respectful. She tried to make things right by offering me a full 12-piece meal, but I declined as I felt that wasn’t necessary.
Throughout the encounter, Felipe continued to make comments about me while standing nearby, showing a lack of respect. Despite my politeness, he persisted in his ignorance. I believe Kristi deserves a raise for her excellent service, while Felipe needs to learn how to be a better manager. Kristi, if you’re reading this, I want you to know your positive attitude made a huge difference in my day. Felipe, it's crucial to treat customers politely; your attitude is why progress can be hindered. Thank you to the Popeye’s staff, except for Felipe, for our dinner. More respect, less negativity, and leading by example would go a long way!"
