"This was my first visit! I’ve heard that Whataburger is Texas's equivalent to In-N-Out. I found the burger to be quite flavorful, and I really enjoyed it. The only reason I didn't give it a perfect 5 stars is that there was a slight taste, as if it had been kept in a fast-food warmer, which some people might find unappealing."

"Unfortunately i was missing an order this morning and went back to this store and they gave me my missing order but said i had received it, so at that point i asked for the manager and the lady said i am the manager and i put your order in with the others you ordered. so im really shocked that she was calling me a liar basically after i had to come back for my missing order. WOWshort story long, i order Big amounts of meals for our business from this store twice a month (not again for this mistake from the manager of calling me a liar)"

"Came into this place and ordered a spicy chicken and also a double meat Whataburger burger meal, food wasn’t fresh, I didn’t think to check it out til I arrived home because I was in a hurry to get home to my comfortable bed after getting off work, Returned to get my ordered remade after speaking with Juan Hernandez and he gave me a hard time and spoke to in a unprofessional manner stating that I should have called that following night…Cool but then he goes to say yeah you should have called and I shouldn’t even be replacing your food.Never will I ever eat here again.Food wasn’t fresh at all"

"I hadn't had Whataburger in 20 years, but it was just as I remembered. The line was quite long, and unfortunately, they didn’t have Frito Pie at the airport location, which was disappointing. Overall, though, the food was delicious, and the spicy ketchup is a unique addition that I haven't seen anywhere else. This place ranks among the best fast food spots in the country, and if you haven't tried it yet, it's definitely worth it. I also appreciate the option to customize the burgers with extra toppings."

"My coworkers and I order an online pick up for our lunch break and they missed a whole order of chicken strips. A cookie and we ordered an extra gravy. That gravy was thrown in and popped. It got all over the chicken sandwich so I needed to go back and askfor that. When I went in and i asked them to replace it they got the sandwich right but they didn?t put my fries in and thetoast for my chicken strip basket, So I had to ask them to put my fries in and put in my extra gravy. The food was delicious butit was frustrating having to go back. The people bagging the order need to make sure everything is in there so things like thiswon?t happen. The bag should be checked twice before it goes out."

To confirm that my order would be delivered, I called the restaurant, and the person who answered informed me that they do not offer delivery. After thanking him, I ordered through a different service. Later, both orders arrived, and I found charges for both on my card. I reached out for help through the app and also called the restaurant. The app responded that they would not assist me, a message that was reinforced by the manager, Lela, and another person who claimed to be the operating partner. Be prepared for a lack of clarity when ordering here; any issues will be considered your fault, and you'll be charged accordingly. I won't be returning."

"For instance, I’ve received sweet tea when I ordered unsweetened, and I’ve gotten small fries instead of large ones. I’ve also had chicken replaced with beef, and there have been times when I've asked for cheese but received none, along with missing napkins, straws, or ketchup. The wait time is usually around 30 minutes, and I’m willing to wait up to 45 minutes at most. Curbside service doesn’t offer any improvements either, and in-person service is just as problematic. There really is no excuse for these inconveniences. The atmosphere needs to foster a motivation to serve customers rather than putting the burden on the customers to do their job. I hope these issues can be addressed."

"Whataburger has a special place in my heart because their patty melt has genuinely changed my fast food experience. Yesterday, we ordered five kids’ meals, and it took about 20 minutes for everything to be ready. I don’t mind the wait, but the person taking our order seemed to have some difficulties. When he handed us five drinks, he asked if we needed a drink carrier, which felt like an obvious question for that many drinks, but I went along with it. Unfortunately, when I got my burger, it was cold, and the cheese wasn’t melted at all. I was hungry, so I went ahead and ate it, but this was the first time I’ve received a less-than-great sandwich from them. Next time, I’ll stick to ordering the patty melt."

"I went straight at 4:10 12-28-1989 I am in a box truck and there are only a few places open, I tried to order in the window because the interior is closed and the lady would not serve me because I am not in a vehicle. I let her know I'm in a box truck, but she still wouldn't serve me. Thank God the guy in the box wasn't an ****, I worked all day and I just needed to eat. So you wouldn't serve a homeless who has money, but no vehicle, thank you I'm not a diabetic who had to eat something to take my medicine because I was dead or would have been over somewhere because I wasn't in the car. I ordered and served in my box truck."
