"When I checked the burgers, they were cold. A woman asked if everything was okay, and I explained that the food had likely been sitting there for over half an hour. She mentioned it might have been under a warmer. I pointed out that the food was cold, and she said they would remake it. So I ended up waiting again, hoping that after waiting around 45 minutes for two burgers and fries, I would finally get hot food.
However, when we got home, there were onions everywhere, and we were missing cheese. It was such a frustrating experience. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered. Curbside service here has become a joke, and if they can't keep track of orders sitting on random shelves that you have to retrieve yourself, they should do away with curbside altogether and just direct customers to the drive-thru. I don't know what has changed recently, but it’s definitely not for the better. If you customize your order, make sure to check it before you leave to ensure it’s correct."
