"Whataburger is a great restaurant overall, but this particular location doesn't meet expectations. Given its excellent spot and diverse customer base, it could easily rank among the top five highest-grossing establishments in the country. Unfortunately, it seems like they take their customers for granted, thinking that college students will keep coming regardless of the service quality. This attitude shows a lack of respect for both their clientele and their brand. The food is often not ready on time, and the service could be significantly improved. If you're in West Campus, I recommend seeking out better dining options. For example, Dirty Martins across the street is a cherished Austin favorite that treats its customers with the respect they deserve."

Very friendly and accurate service. Despite the late hour and super busy drive thru, the lady taking the order patiently and professionally walked me thru my order and revealed items I wanted but forgot to change. Outstanding service and food quality.

This was by far the worst Whataburger I have ever visited. I was the first person in line at the counter, but it took them 30 minutes to take my order. They seem to prioritize the drive-thru and completely ignore walk-in customers. On top of that, the manager was extremely rude. View menu

Quality of the food has not been the same since the pandemic hit, and neither has the service. (Short staffed and the ones working are over worked and tired, so it reflects in how they interact with the customers. Sad state of affairs really. But they are trying and working hard so I do give them tons of kudos for that.

Even when there’s no line, I frequently find myself waiting at least 15 minutes before anyone acknowledges me to collect my online order. The staff seem to move very slowly, even after noticing my presence. The service is quite terrible at this location at the moment unfortunately. Even when there is no line, I have to stand there for at least 15 minutes before a single employee even acknowledges me so that I can pick up my online order. They also move very slowly even after they see that I am there. It took them a solid 10 minutes to just hand me my order that was sitting on the counter in the back after 10 minutes of not even acknowledging my presence.

I got two double burgers, onion rings, fries, and a small Coke, which totaled $23. My order was ready in only 5 minutes, and by the time I got home, everything was still warm, with the fries holding their crispiness.
