"On Saturday at 5:30 pm, I was the only person in the restaurant and ordered four meals. Two of these meals had special instructions (such as no salad), one meal requested extra bacon, and another meal requested an additional side. The first two meals with special instructions: they followed our requests, but left out components that were supposed to come with the meals. For example, one sandwich was supposed to have bacon on it, but it was missing. The other meal was a children's meal that was supposed to come with a toy and that was also missing. The sandwich that was supposed to have extra bacon did not have it (and I was charged for it according to the receipt). The last meal did not come with the additional side, even though my receipt showed that I had paid for it. Additionally, I had to wait 20 minutes after placing my order for my food to arrive. None of the staff seemed bothered by this and did not apologize for the delay. The food was mediocre at best and each dish had its own issues. I don't understand how this place has a 4-star rating. Maybe I just happened to go on a bad night."

This is the worst Whataburger I have ever experienced. I never knew their quality could be so bad. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this establishment.

Usually don't have any issues with this location. Previous visit I waited 25 minutes for my drive-thru food after I paid for it, with no explanation. Food was correct, fries were undercooked and burger was perfect.

Haven't been in a while we went through the drive through.I ordered small.burger small fries. So much flavor it was gone in a second. And then regret set in . I soon wished I would of gone large it was so good left me wanting more.

Food was decent. The plastic bag that the food came in was exceptional. The bag even after being puked in at auburn rodeo was in the best condition of anything last night. No leakage whatsoever. 15/10 would throw up in a whataburger bag again. View menu

I ordered online through their mobile app because I had a reward for multiple visits. It would have been for a free sandwich. I waited for 20 minutes outside and when nobody came out I went in to check on my order to find out they didn't even have it. Not much of a reward is it??

Fantastic!!!!#1 service with a smile.#2 order was taken properly#3 order was brought to table in a decent amount of time.#4 order WAS CORRECT!!!#5 food was excellent!!!! I personally talked to the manager and gave him all this feedback and how impressed I was. NO WHERE can ever get it right. But WHATABURGER ROCKED!!!

Was the first person in my group to order food, 3 of us had the same order different order numbers. I never got my food unroll I went to the counter and asked where my order was was, the manager didn't have a clue. There were only 2 other people in the restraint at the time and they had been served before our group got their. The manager finally got my meal ready but I had to wait an extra 2 minutes for my fries and he didn't even apologize for the mix up. View menu

I was a little underwhelmed. The chicken inks were pretty good, but the pommes and the burgers did not seem as good as I thought it would be. It was barley any Mayo on my burger and the service was not as friendly as it should be. They were from a certain dessert for which I paid, and didn't refund my money, but thought it was a good idea to give me something I didn't want without asking me. The milkshake (white chocolate raspberry) was not worth the money. The first time Wasaburger and I were quite disappointed. I don't recommend going here.

Arrived at about 4:30 am in the drive through line and was told the system was down and it would take 10 minutes. I sat at the speaker and asked about 6 minutes later would someone let me know when it would be up. There was no response. I pulled aroundand called 4 times no answer but seen this worker on her phone sitting down. Two other cars where behind me in line and didn?torder anything either. "We came to Ruth Chris Mobile on a Tuesday evening. Upon entering the restaurant we were met with not one, but two signs that cell phones are not allowed in the dining room. As we are seated, there is ANOTHER homemade sign on the table, literally right in the middle of the table asking for the same. After ordering our meal, we were greeted by the manager asking if we were enjoying our time. Nothing wrong with that. After our meal was served my girlfriend decided to go ahead and take a picture of the food to post on social media to friends. Not 5 seconds after picking up her phone the manager rushed over asking why she was taking pics of the food and disrupting our meal. We put the phone down and ate, ordered dessert, had a good time. However i was very displeased that the manager felt the need to rush over and ask about pics or try and enforce some horrible policy about cell phone use at the table. I've been to many world class restaurants who weren't a Ruth Chris in Mobile and never had a silly policy like this in place. It's not like we were in LA and snapping pics of celebrities at 7 pm on a Tuesday night in Mobile. This policy makes zero sense, is class less when done with two signs in the front and silly cards on the table. Then to have the manager come and interrupt our meal about taking pics of THEIR food which we were proud to eat and show off. Its tacky, low grade and felt like a cafeteria policy with an angry lunch lady coming to enforce it in the middle of our $300 tab."
