"Crackers and water are supposedly free of charge here per a manager's explanation. The customer service here is terrible, however with the exception of three bartenders. These three bartenders or servers are notable, however, in that they are especially hospitable. One is a man with red-hair whose name may be Parker, the other a latino man with short, curly hair, and the last bartender was a young woman, seemingly of South Asian heritage. These three bartenders provide quality service, and in the case of the young woman, are kind enough to let one down gently when the answer to a question is seemingly, no. Unfortunately, this young woman is no longer employed by ABO from what I was told by by management. I say this as despite management's guarantee that the crackers come without a surcharge, I have been rudely regarded for having even inquired of them. Each time, this rude service has come from a bartender named, Ian. He once turned me away the momet I walked in the bar telling me to go to Wendy's instead. Another time, a manager stated that I was clear to stay until closing time enjoying nothing but water and crackers, which are stored in large buckets on most of the restaurant's tables both inside as well as outside. After an hour, the manager asked that I clear the table for another guest, mind you without asking if I was going to order. Not once did anyone ask. I asked the manager if he would like for me to leave. He stated that he would. I then moved to a table outside that was devoid of any crackers. After sitting there for only a few moments, I was told by Ian that the general manager did not know why I was there and that I needed to vacate the premise. This is despite a manager granting permission for me to dine at ABO. When I asked to speak with said manager, Ian waffled and eventually threatened to call the police to have me removed from the restauarant for loitering. I never once refused to leave the establishment. Upon him saying this, I decided to leave rather than engage with him any further. I exited ABO stating that I would be happy to speam with both management and police alike. I was able to discuss both incidents regardimg Ian's behavior with a manager named, Josh. He was amazing and listended to my concerns. In short, while this bar may look aesthetically appealing, there is more to be done regarding customer service."
