"This place was fantastic. We stopped here on the way to Colorado and again on the way back. Both times the experience and service was generally very good. The ambiance is cheerful. I did run into issues with utensils, plates and the table not being clean but with such a fast turnaround time that they provide it's not surprising. The fajitas look like caldo veggies. They're even cut for it. So if you're not expecting potatoes, maybe consider a different vegetarian option (of which there are a few delightful choices! . The tacos are phenomenal. They might be my go to when passing through Amarillo. The meat is tender and flavorful while not bring too salty and the salsa given adds the perfect balanced kick. And homemade refried beans and rice? Yes please!! The guisado de puerco is also tasty! I got it with salsa roja but verde is also available. It has a generous quantity and is very tasty with accompanying corn tortillas and lots of salsa. I did wish it had more flavors besides salt more heat, smoke, aroma from the peppers was not there. But it was warm and comforting and the salsa helped to add the boost I was looking for. Overall, very tasty Mexican food conveniently located off the highway. Avoid popular meal times if you want to avoid the crowd evidently the whole town knows where to get the best Mexican food :"

"The walls of this charming little breakfast spot are decorated with sports memorabilia, giving CJ's Diner a unique local flavor that residents of Durango, Colorado, love. "Upon arrival we were directed to sit at a dirty table. I asked the waitress to clean it. She slopped a wet rag over it, leaving it soaking wet. We asked for a towel to dry it to no avail. My beef taco was made with ground beef, not shredded. Ok, I can live with that. But the only thing it had on it was lettuce and one piece of diced tomato. No cheese, no crema sauce, just ground beef and lettuce. Companion’s tamale was ok, gratefully it was not all masa. The chile reinos was really delicious, so that perked us up a bit. I had a mango margarita which tasted like saltwater. Exchanged it for watermelon, only slightly better. Tasted like they use the cheapest tequila around. Companion asked for a Dos Equis amber, but they only had original. When we were done,, waitress was nowhere to be found. We had to go to the cashier and describe what we had eaten. All in all, I had expected a delightful meal but was sorely disappointed. "Crunchy's is one of the best, if not the best, bars in East Lansing. The staff is friendly and the food is amazing. They have kareoke, trivia, and other events throughout the week as well as darts and pinball. They have plenty of vegetarian options and even a beyond burger for vegans. They have a great selection of beer and good prices.A few unique things about Crunchy's: you can literally leave your mark by writing on the walls. You can also buy a bucket of beer to share with at least three friends! Plus they are known for their potent Long Island's. Lastly, you can get a delicious Cajun seasoning on your tots and other foods!My only complaint about Crunchy's is that they are so great, they bring in a big crowd and can be very packed during sporting events and other special occasions."

"Overall food was excellent. But when I call to reschedule this reservation to a later time they literally told me they don’t take reservations even though I had this reservation. Once we arrived on time, we had to wait 25 minutes after our scheduled reservation to be seated. Margaritas and Mojito’s are excellent. The food was amazing. Would highly recommend."

"a great place for Mexican cuisine in the sea oswego. we went with a group of approx. 20 people without reservation, and they have all accommodated us and gave us great service. the salsas and chips were great to start like the enchiladas, fajitas, childshem and fries, carne asada, etc. I am vegetarian, so I had their cheese enchiladas with maulp sauce and loved it. the camarones a la diabla could have been spicy, but had the same as the chips. everything else was wonderful. Thank you. sabrozon we will come back!"

"I’m not sure where the management is, but they really need to keep an eye on the young staff they have at the front. We placed a carryout order and noticed others were waiting long before we arrived. The young girl working there seemed to think her conversation with coworkers was more important than attending to the customers who were waiting. Eventually, someone else came out to check if we had been helped, and that’s when we finally got our orders. This was on 08/09/2024 at 4:50 PM, and we ended up waiting 30 minutes despite having called in our order 20 minutes ahead of time. It wasn't even busy! To top it off, our food was cold."

"I ordered on door dash. I ordered brisket flautas and chicken quesdadilla. The brisket flautas were cooked well but had little to no flavor on the meat. I had to use salsa to add some flavor. The quesadilla was better but still not a ton of flavor. There seems to be zero seasoning in the food which is disappointing. The beans were decent the rice was super fluffy but again had very little taste almost tasted like fluffy white rice with a hint of something in it. Would I order from here again? Probably not. There are too many other options around here."

"We absolutely adore this place! It’s definitely a hidden gem! We always make a point to stop here on our way to Ruidoso from El Paso and back. My wife always orders the red chili cheese enchilada with wobble, and her brisket is fantastic. Helen is a wonderful host who greets everyone with a warm smile! This restaurant truly embodies the essence of delicious food in Tularosa. Yum Yums is the perfect nearby spot for some good old-fashioned comfort food. We can’t recommend it enough!"

"I originally went through the drive-thru to get my order. It was in the evening, I was tired, had a starving child at home, and was trying to get home to rest after being out working all day!I was very specific about the order and used numbers so no confusion was made. One of the dishes was specifically supposed to be without meat as the person it was ordered for doesn't consume meat products. Then, to my surprise upon getting home, I looked in all the boxes which were the right number of items. Upon opening them all the items were incorrect, meat items, and the completely wrong order.I tried calling before going in to fix it, but was hung up on! Then while waiting for them to fix it, was given attitude, wasn't given any other options for fixing it. I mean come on! What has happened here? Two other orders in the drive-thru I witnessed given the wrong order, while waiting for mine to be fixed. Then while this was being done another person came in with my order. Is there no checks beforehand? If I was the manager, this is what I would do:Make sure you put a printout of the order stick to the bag, so no mistakes happen.Then triple-check. Recheck the order before given out. I saw no tickets or order recipes.Tisk risk! This is where your mess is coming from! You are hemorrhaging money with these mistakes!"

"This will be my last visit to this restaurant. The hostess was quite rude, giving me an unfriendly look when I expressed my gratitude with a simple "thank you." I've experienced similar attitudes from the wait staff in the past, and while I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, I can no longer do so. I attempted to speak with the manager about my concerns, but she seemed indifferent. I hope the owner takes note of this feedback, as they've just lost a regular customer. "The Birria Quesadilla Plate is outstanding! I often forget to leave reviews since most restaurants are just okay, but this one truly stands out. The food is fresh and perfectly seasoned. All the salsas are delightful, but my favorite was the Habanero. The 12 oz Consome is also amazing; I almost skipped it since I was only ordering for myself, but it’s a must-have. This is the best Mexican food in the Vancouver/Portland area. If there were a flavor capital, El Jefe would definitely be its mayor. This place is absolutely incredible—I can't wait to return!"

"Huge portions, Menudo was really good, several selections of burritos, Supreme burritos are huge! Can do any add ins to the burritos, including Pico de Gallo, refined beans, rice, etc. Aguas are very good, bot too sweet and taste homemade, had both the Horchata and the Limonada. Staff is very friendly, it was pretty busy when we arrived, the wait for our food was a bit, but we'll worth it! Price for the quality and quantity of all items is great!"

"I was a little nervous walking in at almost noon and the place having no customers. I am glad that didn't deter me and I stayed because the food was good. Tacos and gorditas we're cooked just right. The fajita was my favorite but the barbacoa was really good too. Tacos Al pastor were just alright, nothing bad, but nothing special. My favorite salsa was the green but if you like the heat, try the red out. Only getting four stars because the gorditas weren't served with crema which is a negative in my book. Otherwise it was a nice lunch."

"Absolutely fabulous food service. The menu had many choices and we sampled a carne asada burrito, enchiladas calabacitas, fish pork tacos. Our daughter was even able to have pancakes from the special Easter Brunch Menu. Everything was delicious and the portions were good-sized. We took leftovers home with us; probably due to the chip guacamole appetizer!! Our server was attentive and quite pleasant; he made the experience great! AND...There's more!! It was the owner's birthday and they shared the glorious Tres Leches with our table! Super lucious and flavorful. We look forward to returning and sampling more of the scrumptious offerings!!"

"My wife and I drive from Houston to Colorado my native home at least twice a year. Both coming and going, we always try to stop at Maria’s for breakfast, lunch or dinner depending on what time it is when we stop. Usually it’s been for breakfast and there is absolutely no better place to have a home cooked old fashioned country style breakfast. If you want theme food like Beatlejuice pancakes then go to Denny’s or IHOP. if you want a farm fresh omelet or breakfast burrito, then Maria’s is your place. For lunch or dinner, you can’t get tastier enchiladas anywhere else."

"Our visit to Flying Taco was outstanding. The food is delicious and clearly made fresh on premises. Erica, our server, was delightful and took excellent care of us. She checked on us just enough and was very friendly. The airplane theme is also really neat. The restaurant was air-conditioned and comfortable even in the summer heat. There were also several outdoor seating choices with misters available. We had a wonderful time. We enjoyed the food, the service, and the ambiance. A must-visit whenever you're in the area!
