"I had heard wonderful things about the food at this restaurant, but unfortunately, I never got the chance to sample it. My nephew and I were promptly seated upon arrival, but we didn’t see a server at all. Shortly after us, another group came in and were immediately offered water and chips, which made our wait even more noticeable. I decided to go to the bar and speak with the manager about the situation. She apologized and assured me she would personally see to our needs. While I appreciated her willingness to help, I no longer felt comfortable placing an order and decided to leave instead. According to other Google reviews, it seems that this restaurant struggles with customer service, despite the possibility of good food. I truly hope they can improve in this area in the future."

"I frequent this restaurant for their Enchiladas Norteñas, which are my absolute favorites, but this time I decided to try the Tostada Regia and two Fajita tacos. I was disappointed to find that the tacos were made with ground beef, so I won't be ordering them again. However, the Tostada Regia was incredible! I consistently enjoy fast and friendly service, and my favorite server is Nataly, who is always welcoming, professional, and has a lovely smile."

"I got lost on my way down the gulf freeway when I happened upon this place and thought I 'd support a local place I 've never been to. I suppose I was feeling adventurous and decided to roll the dice. I 'll think twice before doing that with random Tex Mexcuisine unless I 'm in the valley. I ordered a simple beef quesadilla and it came with a side of frijoles a la charra and a bitof salsa. The quesadilla needed some floaties because that b was SWIMMING ??????????? in it 's own grease. I 'm a member ofthe CPC (Clean Plate Club), but I refused to finish this. While the flavor of the frijoles was on point, they also needed asnorkel as there were about only six little beans in the whole dang cup so the whole thing seemed like it was 95%liquid. Where da beans at bro???????? The lady that took my order was very professional even though there was a languagebarrier. If anything that lady was the main reason this review isn 't a 1 star, so props to her. The other patrons mostly seemto have an opposite opinion than that of my experience, so if I ever (somehow) find myself back at this restaurant I 'll be opento changing my review (as per my personal rule of giving any 2 3 star reviews another chance). Fool me once though"

"Love to eat here only problem is lack of English communication. My husband is white, so he obviously doesn't speak Spanish, and the wait staff are not able to speak English. So my husband had to point at pictures on menu and unfortunately was,not able to ask questions about suggestions or simply ask for coffee. Mostly waitress did get annoyed with him and at me because I didn't help either. Reason is why should we have to accommodate the wait staff if they work in a restaurant to serve the public"

"I liked the Birria tacos I had. The consommé dipping sauce tastes better than others I have had which seem like a thin and bland gravy. This sauce has more spice and chili flavor I think. The plate came with all the fixings. I like that the place was quiet, no loud music on a Monday, as we left another place that was blasting music and came to this one instead. I was in the area with a friend who works nearby. They have beer here which is good enough. Service was quick and attentive. Would recommend if you want Birria tacos and are in the neighborhood."

"I get gratuity is common when it's like 6 or more people in most restaurants are added automatically but there were 3 adults and 2 kids and yet they charge 18% on check upon the 20% tip already placed from that total did not see a sign that said how many people before they added to total yet when a question about it the waiter said she does not get the gratuity got very defensive like we did something wrong by asking well pretty sure that's not legal I mean aren't all tips suppose to go to the waiter they might need to look into that because that's messed up if they don't receive all their tip.As for the food, the chicken was edible, not the best but you can eat it, baked potato had ground beef on it thought it was different I mean it's beef but ground beef on a baked potato that's new.Service was what you expect when only one waiter is running the whole restaurant. I get people have family issues and. the other person had to go but living with just one waiter to deal with the whole restaurant that's messed up. I mean there were two families in there but having to take phone orders and attending the people in the restaurant just found the whole thing weird."
