"Staff is friendly, attentive, and helpful. They play Latin music. From 80's pop to Rancheras to Reggeton to Salsa, Cumbia, and others. Food is delicious and the tostada Regia is almost as good and authentic as the ones back in Monterrey. The aguas frescas are always a good choice, Mexican softdrinks or have a margarita! I debated between 4 and 5 stars for service. Most of the times I have been there, I have been taken care of well. Kid-friendliness: It is a family-friendly place. There are high chairs available too."

*Changed my five star rating on 7/10/2024* I used to love this location but this last trip had pissed me tf off. Be sure to clarify your order before paying. I never knew that $1.75 for 5 skinny slices of avocado will damn near put a business UNDER! At least that's how BOTH managers acted. ? This could have been a learning lesson for several parties but instead they opted to inconvenienced embarrassed a repeat customer. The food is good, I won't lie, but the customer relations and approach are less desirable.

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
