"I I was hoping for a great start to my morning, but unfortunately, it left a bad impression on me. Upon ordering my food and waiting in line, I decided to check if there were any special offers available at the restaurant. while waiting in the drive-through line, I open the Burger King app I noticed a coupon for a large hash brown in which I wanted to use. When I reached the window, I politely informed the friendly cashier about my coupon code and requested to use it. She then had to notify her manager Janice , who displayed immediate rudeness upon arriving at the register. She loudly exclaimed, Customers should inform us about their coupons when they place their orders! Her attitude made me feel uneasy. While the initial cashier continued to provide excellent customer service, it seemed that her manager lacked the same skills. Perhaps additional training in customer service from corporate or fellow coworkers would benefit her, considering her position as one of the supervisors at this location."
