The customer service was excellent, and the atmosphere was lively and welcoming. My only minor complaint is that they forgot to give me a straw, but I had some at home, so it wasn't a big issue. View menu

Super Rude on the intercom while ordering and ever more when I got to the window. The fries were steaming hot, and the burger was warm as well—I typically order off the broiler, so I expect that. However, sometimes they just serve whatever they have. The shake machine was surprisingly working, which is rare since it’s usually broken. They would have earned five stars, but the manager told me they were out of ketchup. I was shocked! How can a burger and fries place run out of ketchup? Come on!

The app provides several deals that you can use repeatedly. You just need the code on the app to access these specials. While some offers change, many remain the same. For coffee lovers, there's a great deal currently available: pay for five cups and receive free coffee every day for a year! After using the app about four times, you’ve already gotten your money's worth, and then you can enjoy free coffee for the rest of the year. I also took some pictures of the inside of the Burger King in Hazlehurst, and I hope to share them successfully. The location is very clean and well-maintained!
