"Not surprising at all. I'm not sure if she's just clueless or under the influence. I've encountered multiple issues with my orders. Last time, my salad arrived without any dressing, making it extremely dry. This time, I ordered a hamburger but received a cheeseburger instead. I’m allergic to milk and dislike cheese, which I clearly communicated to her. It was incredibly disappointing. She did apologize and acknowledged it was a mistake, but one mistake is understandable; when it happens more than twice, it becomes a real problem. I hadn’t even finished explaining the dry salad issue when she hung up on me. If they're wondering why their business is declining, it’s because they have employees who don’t care about their customers. How could she hang up on me? Only someone foolish would do that instead of trying to resolve the situation. I won’t waste my money there again. I'm on my lunch break, and I don't have time for these kinds of mistakes."
