I initially thought the restaurant was just busy and that my order would take some time, but it turns out my food was sitting there for over half an hour without any notification that it was ready. When I finally picked it up, the staff basically told me the app is useless and that I shouldn't rely on it because they don't use it. Overall, it felt like a waste of time and money, especially during a busy lunch hour on a workday. It appears to be a poorly managed establishment, and I don't plan on ordering from here again."
