Good bbq but inside of restaurant kind of quiet no music or sound coming from TV only thing I can hear is the movements of the workers in the back

Omg DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! I ordered a chili brisket baked potato and it barley had brisket on it and ended up throwing it up and having food poisoning.

Lean cut brisket sandwiches are great! Customer service needs serious improvement. The staff never talk to you and the young man who works the cashier always has his air cushions in his ears. Their pages taste as if they are just from a can or box.

Waited for a while maybe 3 or 4 minutes behind another car in the drive thru before realizing that they had still been waiting to get their order taken. We didn't get any attention either. Eventually without being served. Can't speak to the food at all since I didn't get any. No sign that they were closed so I don't know what the issue was.

We ordered delivery and got the 2 two plates for $24. It came with 2 pieces of ribs, beef brisket, good portion of pork burned end and sausage and 4 sides. It was alot of food for 2 people. The fried okra was good, the waffle fries was ok a bit soggy, the baked beans and loaded potatoes was good and the cornbread was delicious. Will order again. View menu

We’ve heard so many locals gush about the bbq here in Houston, but every place we try is entirely underwhelming, mostly relying on their sauce for dry meat. Not Dickey’s though. The pulled pork and burnt pork ends are amazing on their own. Added points, you can order just the meat in larger quantities. Best barbecue we’ve had in Houston, hands down.

This place is a hit or miss. No one answers the phone, delivery orders are canceled and there is no refund or email or call to explain what it was canceled. I tried to call every day for a week, but no one answers the phone EVER. Yes, the food is great if you can get it, but whoever owns this franchise does not care about customers a bit. I'm still trying to figure out when and how to get a refund. I have to show up until someone takes care of it. Remember that this is the latest of many problems over the years. It's not a new thing.

On the soft opening. Paid $150 for Beef Ribs and some fried chicken. Beef Extreme Overpriced! They give 2 ribs no sides for $36Jede rib maybe had a bite or two of meat. Dry. Not juicy. And not the bones of the flesh. Was starving so ordered another pound of beef ribs. I have 2 huge bones with about 1 tablespoon of meat. I don't know how to measure this small amount. If you take the meat off, it will hardly fit in a spoon!
