"I typically do NOT leave bad reviews but, this place should be shut down for their incompetent employees, service, and worse the management. I ordered a simple ham no cheese sub with lettuce and tomato. My order just didn?t come out wrong , but aftermultiple othe orders that came in and order after me. When I went to the useless owner to tell him how simple this order was washe kind of giggles and said there?s nothing I can do they are all new here, they?re just rookies learning! Which is fine I knowhelp is hard to get but, your not looking over them and making sure things are right??? I just left with no refund. DO NOT GOHERE UNLESS you enjoy horrible service. Go to Gaff?s in Port Orange cleaner, better, cheaper, accurate!"

"Very bad experience at this location. Went in to order 2 large subs. Ordered 2 Large 12 inch Cuban sandwiches both all the way as they come. They have a sign right at the cash register that says Voted best Cuban in Jacksonville so we were excited to try it out. Waited a decently long time to get the sandwiches. Me and my family drove to Amelia Island to enjoy the day and when we opened the sandwiches we instantly noticed they were completely wrong and not what we ordered. I called the location immediately and asked how we could fix it and the manager Andrew acknowledged the mistake and offered to make the correct subs if we brought back the ones we had already had. I explained that was the only food we had for our outing so that we would be eating some of it but would be returning later in the day. Told me that if we eat them he can only offer 50% off our order of 2 more subs next time we come back in. We come back later in the day today, the same day we bought the original sandwiches, and they switched it up on us and were only wanting to offer 50% off on one sandwich. We even brought back almost 1 whole sub that we did not eat to prove to them they gave us the incorrect subs. This could have been an easy fix as it was 100% on this location for giving me the complete wrong order. Hopefully you guys will do the right thing in the future with your paying customers. I hate writing bad reviews but this was really unacceptable after driving all the way back to try and get this corrected."

"My first visit was a week ago and I revisited it today, Blanding Blvd. Next to Floor Decor. First off, let me just commend Larry's for a sparkling front door. There is nothing that grosses me more than a filthy, never cleaned store front door,especially for a food establishment. As I walked in, a young lady was on her knees cleaning the wall and the place was quiteclean, even where the floor meets the baseboards which is never clean in most places since usually a teenager simply pushesdirty water around. I was greeted, order taken and service was fast. My sandwich, The Animal, was delicious, bread super fresh,lettuce not brown and ripe tomatoes that actually tasted like tomatoes. Tables were all cleaned and overall great experience.Fast forward to today and I have been craving it since my first visit. Simply repeat the first visit comments minus a young ladycleaning. Place was spotless, service was good, front door clean and sandwich was awesome! Thank you for restoring my faith ineating out!"

"I’ve been there twice now. The first time, I ordered an egg salad sandwich that was way past its prime. The smell was off, and after a few bites, I had some uncomfortable stomach issues. That was months ago, but I decided to give it another chance this week. I tried their pumpkin cheesecake, which I thought was quite tasty, though it was more expensive than the regular cheesecake. However, when I got home and opened the box later, I was disappointed to find just a standard slice of cheesecake instead. Be sure to double-check your order before you leave, including giving it a smell test!"

"The atmosphere was average, nothing exceptional. While the cleanliness appeared to be surface-level, it didn't feel thoroughly clean or sanitized. I ordered a 12-inch Philly cheesesteak sub with chips and a medium drink. The sub was served hot and tasted decent, but it's not something I would choose again. I sampled a few fountain drinks from the dispenser, and all of them tasted unpleasant, except for the Mountain Dew. The bathrooms had a sweet scent, but they were not tidy. Overall, it wasn't the best experience; nothing stood out, and I probably won't revisit this location."

"1st time ordering and last. When I get a ham Swiss sandwich I ALWAYS ask for the ham to be SHREDDED. NOT A DIFFICULT REQUEST. JUST slice it super thin. My order was awful ham was thick cubed (gross) if you can believe that. So disappointed. Shredded ham Swiss, how can that get screwed up? It did! No vinegar as requested either. My husband picked it up and didn 't check it assuming it was a simple order. So now I 'm stuck with a 12.00 sandwich I 'm not happy with. Going out to get something else.PS-I just called and spoke either the manager . She said they do not offer an option to shred the neat or cut it thin. Soooooo ill never return. I digest deli meat sliced thick. Ill go to publix next time."
