"I never thought I would encounter a McDonald's worse than the one in Havre de Grace, but yesterday proved me wrong. The Campus Hills McDonald's is just as bad, if not worse. The restroom was so disgusting that I chose not to use it. I stood in line, hoping to quickly grab a drink, but the staff completely ignored me. The cashier was focused on her headset and didn’t acknowledge me at all. Three young women who seemed to be wrapping up their shifts also failed to notice me, and then the manager came in with two other employees, chatting in Spanish without even looking in my direction. Finally, the cashier took off her headset, glanced at me, and said, "You’re just gonna have to wait," before walking away. At that moment, I decided it wasn’t worth it and walked out. Therefore, I can't comment on the food since I never got that far. I won’t be coming back. I should have known better—after all, a McDonald's is a McDonald's. I don’t expect five-star service, but a complete lack of service is simply unacceptable."
