"It seems like either the management doesn't pay attention to reviews or they simply don't care. The fries are consistently cold and undercooked, and they always taste old, regardless of when you visit. The burgers and chicken also have a stale, burnt flavor. If you check reviews on Facebook, Google, Yelp, or TripAdvisor, you'll see that they've been overwhelmingly negative for months. It's time for management to step up and address these issues, or perhaps consider closing the restaurant altogether. The food quality here is just terrible. Residents of Andrews shouldn't have to drive 20 minutes to Murphy and back just to enjoy decent McDonald's. It's disappointing to see how this establishment is being managed."

Went there at 1:30pm Friday and the 1/4 lb cheese burger was barely warm and meat was tough the 10 piece McNuggets tasted like they had been double dipped in grease to warm them up

It is a Mic D's in Andrews NC, nothing different than other Mic D's. As far as the food goes cool to warm is the usual temp. Staff wears masks, sort of, often not covering their nose. View menu

Best nuggets I 've ever received from McDonald 's, burgers were very greasy. Service was typical fast food service. Most annoying part was while I was ordering after every item she would say anything else .

Oh my goodness! Could it possibly get any worse? I waited 57 minutes in the drive-thru, and when I finally got my order, the fries were cold. Who owns this restaurant, and why are they letting the staff's poor performance harm their business? Honestly, this is the worst fast food experience I've ever had.

On this visit, I ordered two large caramel frappes online. When I arrived, the drive-thru was packed with at least 20 cars, and I had to wait until it cleared out to receive my frappes—almost an hour. This restaurant opens at 5:00 AM, which can be a bit inconvenient since it's often after my workday begins, so I don't get the chance to eat here every morning. I've requested to have my order packaged for takeout when I wanted to dine in, and they didn't add cream and sugar to my coffee as I asked. However, I have to say that the breakfast sausage biscuits and hash browns are excellent. On the other hand, the hamburgers and fish sandwiches in the evening are a bit disappointing.

I had the worst experience of my fast food life. I waited 25 minutes for two small cheeseburgers, only to have them made incorrectly. After that, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes for the right order. I even asked for a refund after waiting for the first 15 minutes, but my request was denied! There were already three other vehicles parked off to the side, and cars wrapped around the building. Inside, the staff seemed to be standing around doing nothing and arguing with each other while I waited at the window. I will never come back.
