"The manager, bartender, hostess, and cook were all incredibly friendly, truly. However, a number of aspects of my experience were disappointing. I ordered the bison burger, which is the house specialty, cooked medium, but it arrived well done and extremely dry. The oversized slices of strong red onion on both the side salad and the burger were overwhelming. The fries were the highlight of the meal—fresh and not frozen—but they were spoiled by bottled dressings for dipping (bleu cheese and ranch). If you're going to hand-cut your fries, you should also make your own dressings. While the service was exceptionally sweet, receiving my bill handwritten on a small piece of notebook paper didn’t leave a great impression."
