"Had an unacceptable experience with the curbside delivery at the Columbia Mall location last night. I arrived prior to the time we told to pick up the delivery, parked in the designated area, and pressed the I'm here button on the app. Fifteen minutes go by and we try to call the store. The call was answered, but it was clear the phone was simply laid down because there was no response, yet we could hear talking in the background. I went into the store around 20-25 minutes after the pickup time and the young man at the counter simply gave me a half-hearted apology, stating he didn't hear the alert on the tablet. I complained that the food is probably cold by now and he said it wasn't. I was given another shoulder-shrug and sorry By the time I got home, the soup was cold and the sandwich was cold and soggy. Panera has a lot to learn about customer service and shouldn't offer curbside pickup if this is the best they can do."

"This Panera is a complete mess. Never have I seen one of Panera's stores in such disarray as this one. No one is staffing the front at 9:30am in the morning. No one. A girl is running around trying to refill things and is pulling out massive containers of food and leaving them out on the counter. People are being directed to use the self service kiosks. This poor man (pictures below) couldn't figure it out. I've been waiting for a coffee, which should be self service (but is an empty vat) for 15 min now at 9:30am. There is now a burning smell coming from the back of the store. Actually, it was the front of the store... now a microwave is on fire. I have been waiting 20 min for a coffee that should have been self-service in 2 min. Looks like this is one of many 1 star reviews left here recently. After 25 min, I just walked out of this store without my $2.87 coffee. I don't trust anything that would be prepared in this store that it's even sanitary. I'm going back home to make myself a cup of tea now instead. So much for grabbing a quick morning coffee from the Panera down the block. What a waste of my morning!"

"I ordered rapid pick up.I walked in after the time it saidI was fine waiting no big deal. But all 3 of my smoothies were essentially melted. The whip cream wasn't even a dolip of whip cream. My bagel was burnt. Like so burnt I couldn't even eat it ? it'd be fine if they didn't cost so much but I even tried to scrape the burnt part off the bagel thinking it would help it did not."

"I had a fantastic experience here last Friday! It was super busy, but the staff handled it well they were kind, informative, funny, and helpful. The food was delicious and as I was leaving I was trying to balance carrying a couple things and a woman who worked there grabbed my salad bowl and plate and said, 'I 'll get this for you '. I sincerely appreciated it and left with such a good feeling. Thank you to everyone working here that day, in such weird times, I had a great experience and appreciate you all!"

"This is a very nice restaurant located off Round Grove Rd in Lewisville. There are different sitting options both inside and outside. They even have a private room inside to host large groups. Outside, it has a bistrot like feeling. You can order your food directly on terminals available inside without any interactions. The managers and employees are very nice and orders are filled fairly quickly. We love their soups and their pizzas."

"There is a server called Jacob at this location and he is the most sweetest and hard working guy ever! I am studying for an exam, so have been here for two weeks straight in this location. When it’s empty he’s cleaning tables, smiling and just always trying to be helpful. Love Chaz, Liz and Curtis here as well. Always smiling and giving great customer service."

"I traveled to Nashville,Tennessee for work at Restoration Hardware and was happy to see that Panera was next to our work. I've never eaten in a place that so buoyed to customers there and took care of the quality and speed of delivery of food. I recommend James the manager not only to be so pleasant to me, but all I saw with him have contact. Shannon, Jamica and the others in the Panera were great and always looked after the customers. I would recommend this panera for other franchise shops! Good work Panera at Green Hills Mall. You made my work so much more pleasant because you're out of town! Thank you."

"This Panera Bread locations is a very popular one, but its age is really starting to show and the location 's maintenance is clearly lacking. The building itself is in the older Panera style, which would be fine if it was well maintained, but instead you have a really difficult parking lot to navigate. With how busy this location is, it seems to be very difficult for them to handle the breakfast and lunchtime rushes. The line is one of the smallest I 've seen at a Panera location, and the dining area is large but awkward it 's very hard to find a comfortable table here. What 's worse is this location is very slow, especially during peak hours like breakfast and lunch. Even pickup orders are never completed on time, so what you end up having to do is adjust your pickup time based on how long you think it will take for your order to be ready, rather than the Promise Time that you pick at checkout. I understand that some of these issues may be beyond the control of this particular location, but they 're a lot of the reasons I don 't come to this location anymore. For the amount of money that Panera is charging, you really would think that these are issues that you wouldn 't have to put up with. The food is good at best, but by the time you get to it, you 've already got a bad taste in your mouth from the frustrating customer experience."

"This place not clean and cushions are teared and tables are not cleaned up from atleast an hour. I ordered food to dine in there and came with my family and 4 months baby. The girl who took my order first gave 4 cookies and i asked for buzzer and she told they will call my name once order is ready. That is weird when i ordered for dine in. The order is completed and they made it togo order with additional 4 more cookies(too much sugar). Why the hell i bring my family and 4 months old kid if i want to take togo order. I could have ordered through app and picked it up alone.The girl who took my order looks like she is lost and not answering what i asked her and she is talking something else. The ambience is so dim and tables not cleaned.Once the togo order is ready no one atleast called my name and i went and checked it and found its my order.Very bad customer service.Vegetarian options: More Vegetarian options should be added in sandwiches and flat bread pizzas"

"I’m happy to see some of the items coming back to the menu. I still miss the whole grain baguette. The kiddos enjoyed the Mac and cheese. I love that yogurt is now a side option for the kids! I missed the shortbread cookie today. They are my absolute favorite! It looked like there wasn’t much left in the bakery to serve. We had a satisfying family meal. Thank you."

"Ok this had built up. On Wednesdays we fast with bread and water. Just personal thing my family does. Most often I bake bread for the day. Some days are just so busy that baking is not really ideal. There is a Panera bread nearby in Avondale arizona. They deliver bread so it would be reasonable to assume in days where things get busy they could help out. I pray more than I want but at least I do not have to make the bread. 3 orders ago I go to pick up my order to discover they didn't have the bread I ordered and allowed me to make a substitute. Fine, had to wait until they got it all worked out, was not in an immediate rush so no real issue just an annoyance. 2 orders ago I made an order to be delivered. I then went and did work outside. Came back in after working in the arizona sun shortly before my wife was to get home. I have text messages from Panera telling me they are out of bread and had to cancel my order. I made the order early afternoon. For those who do not know latin, Panera basically means bread. They is their whole reason to exist. Now my wife is nearly home from an hour long commute and I have nothing fresh for dinner and had to scramble. I have a special needs child so I can not just pick up and go. Not very happy AGAIN. Today, I tried again. Placed an order and went to work outside around the house making some repairs and modifications to the yard. This time I kept my phone near by incase they text again. No text but no good either. Thought maybe they are running late and I will give them some more time. I checked and still no text. I finally pull up the app and click, track my order. It tells me the order was delivered an hour earlier. I walked around to make sure it was not delivered to wrong house before I call them. Nothing, so I call and I have to listen to their recording announcements before I am even given an option to choose from. Finally I get the option to deal with a delivery issue. The phone rang 27 times from the time I started counting, before I finally hung up. I called again and got an employee who was kind enough to tell me my order was ready if I wanted to come and pick it up. Let's be clear. I paid for the delivery service and added a 15% tip and I'm told I can come pick it up. I am for a manager. The manager tells me that it isn't her fault it is Door dash. I need to take it with them. I pointed out that I didn't order it through door dash but through Panera website, making her issue. She asked if I still wanted the food. I told, I did want the food but I wanted the tip refunded. She told me that she would see if she could get them to deliver and would call me back. 2 1/2 hours later no food, no refund, and no phone call. If all panera are run like this, I'm amazed they survived covid, but then again, there are many companies that should have gone under because their customer service was so bad, but they played the covid card to excuse their bad service. I plan to make sure I tell friends and family about how bad this Panera is and my general impression about the company as a whole. No more hiding behind covid"

"The point of rapid order-ahead is to shorten the wait. Instead I waited in their drive-through line for 20 minutes, just to find out that they hadn't even STARTED my food yet. There were only 2 cars ahead of me, both had ordered ahead, and one of them was just getting a fountain soda. Yeah, we were in line long enough to have a whole convo about the wait. And since their drive-through doesn't have an off-ramp for folks giving up, you're stuck for the duration! This Panera is achingly slow. The food is adequate, but they need to work on speed. They're not any faster if you park and go inside, but at least then you have the option of escape. This is the third time I've gotten stuck waiting on food here in the last 30 days. "if If I could write zero review then I would put a zero star I just contacted them ask them for a refund because they gave me salad that was old rancid black and wet basically saying I’m lying making me come in the next day just to bring it in for proof instead of just giving me my refund like I wanna waste my time bringing in a mistake that they did fresh don’t seem fresh to me and i will be there 6:29 on the dot that i gotta drag my 2 year old with so i can show them proof for a refund"

"The service was friendly, and my bagel had a somewhat unusual taste. I initially thought that might be a good thing, but it turned out to be quite sweet, which I didn’t expect. The coffee was enjoyable, and although it was busy, the lines weren’t long, and I was able to find a seat. The place could have been a little cleaner, but it wasn’t too bad overall. It was a lovely experience!"

"This restaurant is situated in a great location, is very clean, and has a friendly staff. The food is tasty, and during the busy lunch hour, I was able to get some work done on my computer. One employee, whose name I regret not catching, went out of his way to help me by offering to clear my dishes, wipe down my table, and bring me a glass of water. This was truly above and beyond his duties, as he was only responsible for cleaning the collection area. I really appreciate this thoughtful gesture, as it made my work much more manageable. Thank you! I will definitely be back."

"Panera is definitely one of my top lunch spots! The café has a bright, clean, and inviting atmosphere. The food is served quickly and is always hot and fresh. I initially saw it as a healthy option, but I was surprised when they started displaying calorie counts. While the food is still delicious, I've begun to reconsider ordering the large macaroni and cheese, especially since it accounts for more than a third of my daily calorie allowance—without even considering the additional calories from a drink or a side of French baguette! Nevertheless, I truly enjoy dining at Panera and appreciate their tasty menu options."

"I wanted to try the new chicken sandwich. It was definitely not freshly cooked, it was sitting for a while and simply reheated. The chicken breast was very dry. However, I liked the different types of lemonades as they do not use sugar or high fructose corn syrup to sweeten it. I talked to the manager about the food and she said there was nothing she could do. Panera Brotslogan is how food should be. I don't agree. The college children also use this place as a Wi-Fi workstation as they are there for hours. The problem is that they take all available parking places so that you have to park a little away and go."

"The food was delightful and just what I was craving. The manager was incredibly kind when I asked if I could exchange one of the dozen bagels I had received. He explained that he couldn’t take them back over the counter, but kindly offered to get me a replacement bagel. It was great customer service, especially after a long morning at the hospital. The only downside was that some teenagers at the neighboring table were using a lot of vulgar language. Thankfully, I was sitting far enough away that I didn’t feel the need to move, but that’s not the restaurant’s fault."
