"if If I could write zero review then I would put a zero star I just contacted them ask them for a refund because they gave me salad that was old rancid black and wet basically saying I’m lying making me come in the next day just to bring it in for proof instead of just giving me my refund like I wanna waste my time bringing in a mistake that they did fresh don’t seem fresh to me and i will be there 6:29 on the dot that i gotta drag my 2 year old with so i can show them proof for a refund"

A fine Panera, but out of baguette and bread bowls and lettuce for sandwiches and other things, greatly limiting the options to eat that dinner. Might be fine earlier in the day or on less busy days?

I absolutely adore the broccoli and cheese soup! It's incredibly flavorful, and they serve it with a generous piece of French bread. My granddaughter and I had a wonderful time enjoying our lunch together.

Usually clean and quick service and friendly staff. Nice place to get some work done with busy atmosphere. Food is definitely a bit expensive for quality. I’d recommend getting pastries and soups which are yummy and not too overpriced. View menu

I ordered the bowl with chicken and rice also a salad , the bowl looked sus but I still ate it . I go to bed hours later wake up feeling sick and started throwing up. This never happened to me and I haven’t ate anything hours before the Panera , this location is dirty and gave me food poisoning

My experience at the Gold Star Blvd location was the worst I've ever had at a Panera. The customer service was terrible, not just from the staff but also from the manager. They got my order wrong and refused to remake it unless I paid for a new one. The staff was rude, and I have no intention of returning to that location. The manager's treatment of customers is unacceptable.

While delicious, I found that my $14 steak cheese and $8 cheddar soup bowl was skimpy. The big sandwich had less beef in it than the small Arby's biscuit size. The broccoli and cheddar soup came in a large bowl but was only half full and appeared to be little more than in my wife's smaller half bowl of soup I have eaten at Panera's many times but will be eating not often in the future. we usually get take-out or delivery, but the last 4 times we have delivery, they forget to add the protein to our salads, so they were essentially just a bowl salate. we no longer order from panera, as we continue to pay for budgets they spend. with the traveling constantly as they rise less and less, the value and the quality is simply not there. I guess it is a good way for them to earn extra money, but at cost of a repeat customer.

We'll no longer order from Panera since we've continued to pay foringredients that they omit. With prices continually going up while you get less and less, the value and quality just isn'tthere.
