"Big thank you to Lucia and Erma for providing us with the best customer service. We always come here for a family birthday dinner, now that we can celebrate with in Dining we decided for curb side pick up. It was fast easy and efficient. I even made a mistake with my online order and as soon as I told them they were Able to fix my order, that was very nice of them because us was my mistake. Thank you again for the delicious food and making my sisters birthday dinner perfect for our family."

"Have eaten here several times. Was surprised that with a reservation we were still sitting at a booth looking into the kitchen. We could have asked to be moved, but we didn't want to. The waiter was very enthusiastic, but failed to fill glasses of water without being asked. My husband's lasagna was a huge brick in the middle of an unadorned plate. A little salad or something green and crispy would have been nice. Not an à la carte fan, especially when it comes to the price of the main course alone. The room was very dark and a bit noisy. I would ask not to sit in this area another time."

"We made reservations for an anniversary dinner. Ruth's Chris doesn't disappoint. Food was great, service was awesome and the ambiance was nice. This was a first visit to this location on LaCantera Parkway. Downside was my vehicle being broke into and ruining the rest of our evening plans. Signs said surveyed by camera - no necessarily true. The buildings are surveyed. Of course, not really the fault of Ruth's Chris but waiting an hour to report it since we live just outside SA was definitely a downer. Next time - UBER for sure."

"Not my kind of place. The bar / tavern had screaming, loud customers on a day when there was no one around. Really a tasting menu, teen plate, teen servings, bad value for money. The waitress told me that the green peppers in my clam chowder were mild - they weren't and had to spit out with a burning mouth. Really embarrassing when I was treated. Instead, they gave me asparagus. Your only vegetable. They didn't notice that my water glass was empty and I had to request it. Backless benches to sit in the tavern / bar, but you can request an uncomfortable chair. Not a place where you, like me, eat a lot of healthy protein and vegetables. I don't like leaving a restaurant where I feel bloated with too much food, but I don't want to go hungry either. The coffee was good after the meal."

"After giving us only the options of 7:15 or 7:45, not 7:30 as we wanted. When we arrived for our 7:15 reservation they kept us waiting half an hour. Although they were apologetic, they did not offer us a free after dinner coffee or any other sort of tangible apology. That kind of service does not encourage a return visit. The rest of the service was good, other than the waiter trying to suggest the Dom Perignon Champagne for $350 (he didn't tell us the price)."

"Crab dip was subpar but steamed shrimp was awesome. Server never cleared the table before bringing out more food. Then the runner looked confused when I asked her to remove the dirty plates first. My husband noticed the building was under negative air pressure caused from Kitchen hood exhaust (kitchen saloon doors sucked in) causing hot humid exterior air to rush into the restaurant when the exterior doors would open. Sit away from doors if you want A/C. Outdoor seating looked nice and led to long pier on the water."

"Food was delicious. Me and girlfriend went out on a date to Olive Garden. our sever Victor was at first nice and personable but then started to become pushy about getting us to order an appetizer after we politely declined a few times. We ordered two mixed drinks and he asked if grey goose was fine for the vodka used and we agreed. Come to find out he charged us an extra 3$ per drink without informing us that there would be a charge for the addition of the grey goose. Also on our check was a random 3$ change for a table game that we did not order as we didn 't have one of the tablets to even do so on our table. When we brought these up to him politely his demeanor instantly changed as he became noticeably upset and angry that we brought these up. My girlfriend has been a server for years and apologized but we didn 't pay for a table game or were correctly informed about the extra grey goose charges and politely asked for the wrong charges to be taken off. After we did so he begrudgingly took them off, took an unusually long time to have the check taken care of. When he dropped off my card after we payed he said In a very apparent angry and disrespectful tone for us not to worry about the tip and said to me in a rude whisper I know moneys and issue as if asking for things we didn 't pay for is asking too much"

"Worst service I’ve experienced in a awhile. Server was completely inattentive. Took more than minutes to get drinks brought after we ordered. Never refilled water throughout entire dinner. Waited at least minutes before server asked for our entree order. Didn’t ask about additional drink orders until after we were finished with dinner. Didn’t ask if we wanted a box, just cleared our plates away. My husband actually used the word “garbage” to describe our service. Not what you should expect anywhere, but especially a higher-end restaurant where a couple is spending at least for dinner. This was suppose to be a special evening. We were celebrating a birthday and a night out without the kids (which rarely ever happens). To say our experience was disappointing is an understatement"

"Over the past years been here literally hundreds of times. What happened last night was not directly the fault of the restaurant….I guess. Our server Jennifer has absolutely no business being in the business. She was by far one of the worst we have ever had. She was not wearing a mask for starters which made us uncomfortable. She was slow, forgetful, confused and brought out cold food very late. Also had to ask times for drinks. One time a drink that was made sat on the bar waiting for her to pick it up for more than minutes. I finally had to point to it and tell her it was sitting there. We asked times over the course of minutes. She only had two tables. It is how it is in certain places now. People who don’t have a clue getting these jobs and trying to act as if they are providing service. This was anything but. I was not paying for our meal. If I had been I would have given zero as a tip. Train people…don’t just hire them. Although she did not seem capable of multitasking at all. Sorry. Have to say the way it is…thanks."

"Went to this location last night for a date night. The wait was typical for a Friday night but the service was terrible! We waited 20 minutes for someone to take our drink order and bring us bread while people around us were waited on hand and foot. They never brought our salad out, we sat our entire meal without something to drink and no offer for a refill and no bread. We left half of our meal because the waittress never came back so after 2 hours we never even got an offer for boxes to go. This place is too expensive to be staffed by fastfood people and ive gotten better service at mom and pop diners! I will not be going back, the location in Avon indiana is always on point. I'll drive an extra 20 minutes for good food and good service."

"My wife and I were here a few months ago and decided to return. This was our second visit since a flood devastated the building. We began with a pitcher of Sangria and ordered Chicken with mushrooms and Shrimp stuffed with crab meat. Both entrees were delicious. A salad was served with the meal. The dining room gets quite noisy, but it's worth the noise to enjoy truly outstanding food."

"Exceptional food in an authentic, non-demanding environment. Our waitress was very attentive and helpful, which added to the great experience. For bread lovers, there are 3 different breads, all of which are made there and are all wonderful. I stop on the way out of town to pick up bread and take it home to friends. My salad was fabulous and the vodka chicken pasta (a specialty) was cooked perfectly with a wonderful sauce. The specials change with the seasons. Desserts are all made there and everyone looked great. We share the ice cream on Sunday with homemade caramelized marshmallows and chocolate ganache. It was wonderful. You can share it with 4 people as it is very large. We will definitely have dinner here again when we return to Mayo and Golf."

"Paladar Latin Kitchen Rum Bar just launched its third location in the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. The new addition is at Downtown Crown in Gaithersburg, MD, and features Executive Chef. Gregory Webb. I was present at the opening event benefiting the wonderful charitable organization, Manna Food Center . We also covered the Tysons Corner launch. The restaurant has a great corner location. The outside bar area was designed well. There are also bar tables, and on the other side of the building, a patio seating area with a great view of a nature preserve. I tried several different mojitos, with the Peach Basil Mojito being my favorite and the Mango Cilantro my second favorite. They actually incorrectly made my Strawberry Mojito (minimal alcohol and a lot of fizz but this was the night before their actual opening and it was very busy), but when the Bar Manager remade it for me, it was good too. With house-made chips (made from various vegetables) we were served 3 different guacamo"

"the ceviche was excellent. traditional one. $18 the nikkei was a tight 2. at $23. the conchitas a la parmesana scallops in the sauce were good but dissappointing as they were small and it was not soaking, only cheese over the top with grilled brot baked. 1 613 the chxn empanadas were delicious and worth the price. $10.50/2 of the chaufas carnes beef tenderloin fried rice was delicious. light in bark but good. $25 pescado a lo macho $25. although good, our least favorites. we are not in fried food, and this dish was fried then expected."

"The food, drinks and service were excellent and our table in the background looked out over the garden ... shame it was a little chilly to dine outside. The only downside was the noise level as there doesn't seem to be any soft surfaces to reduce the noise. We sat next to a table of 6 or 7 people and they had a lively conversation with lots of laughter. Nice people, but we weren't unhappy when they finished. Reina was good value for money and we will be back when we return to Frederic."

"A year ago, I visited this restaurant during my vacation, and I absolutely loved my meal. The food was delicious, and I had a fantastic server who was incredibly attentive. Last year, due to COVID-19, the server made a commendable effort to maintain social distancing, which was challenging. However, this year I’m confident that things are back to normal. Overall, everything was wonderful—the soup and salad were excellent, and my main course was delightful. The dessert, in particular, was outstanding, and I truly enjoyed it."

"We were trying to get dinner before catching Seinfeld at the Civic Theatre. We weren't too familiar with the fact that every place worth going to requires dinner reservations. Thankfully they all use open table. Heard great things about Ra but did not think we would even be able to eat dinner there. Thankfully they had many reservations open. It was a great first time experience. From the food, to the service, to the location. Definitely recommend!"

"Cherie Moore, General Manager, The food was excellant and the service was better. My wife and I always eat here at least once on every trip. On February 1, 2022 after a difficult COVID year for traveling for us since March of 2021 we returned to Branson during the off-season time. We found a new waiter named Ty who has only been in Branson, Missouri for about four months. He totally knew the menu and answered all our questions. He is a very polite and professional employee. He is an asset to Olive Garden and I and sure the manager knows this. I believe she (Manager) came to our table while Ty was waiting on two other tables and asked if we needed anything. This was the best experience at this Olive Garden since it was established here and since we have been coming here for the last 30 years or more. Thank you Dave and Frankie Kins"
