Despite receiving a potentially upsetting phone call while we were there, they handled it professionally and calmly. This did not disrupt our family dinner, which I appreciated."

"Pizza Phil makes excellent pizza as well as meatballs and spinach with garlic. I ordered 2 pies today, one plain and one with sausage, peppers and garlic. Both were pizza perfection. Crisp chewy crust, the right amount of tasty sauce and cheese, well balanced and correct size toppings. Both are what you expect from a good local pizza place. The meatballs are delicious, tender, meaty flavorful with a great sauce. Spinach with garlic was done just right. This is my go to spot for pizza now. Thanks Phil and staff!"

"I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant. The pizza dough was definitely made with a unique recipe, and the wraps and sandwiches were excellent as well. The appearance of the place may seem outdated, but the food is worth it. The service was great, and it's best for takeout during lunch. Prices range from $10 to $20 per person. I highly recommend trying the Pizza Pie. Overall rating: Food 5, Service 5, Atmosphere 5."

"I was very impressed! Not a single disappointment at all. My family and I visited Bella Napoli on December 31, 2018 as it was included in our Sightseeing pass. The food was delicious, flavorful, and freshly cooked. It was one of the best experiences we had in New York City; I highly recommend this restaurant. "I understand that restaurants may need to increase their prices these days, but if you choose to do so, please update your online menu accordingly. I ordered the veal parmigiana dinner, which was listed at $21 on the menu. To my surprise, when I went to pick it up, the price was actually $29. I don’t mind a small increase of a dollar or two, but the cost of the ingredients for that dinner hasn't risen enough to justify such a significant hike. The most frustrating part was being blindsided by the price change. The staff at the counter casually mentioned that they had raised all the prices without updating the online menus. This is not a good way to do business, and as a result, I will not be returning."

"The Chicken over Rice was packed very poorly, causing it to I spill out into the bag, and the containers were crushed. They need stronger containers for food if the items are going to be for delivery. None of the food tasted fresh, and had a bad aftertaste. None of the special instructions were followed. Most could not finish their food and it had to be thrown away. Very poor experience that makes me feel like never using DoorDash again."

"My name is Alex Sylvia and it was a beautiful day in long beach until disaster struck. If there was an option I would have given zero stars. I found a bug in my turkey sandwich. My friend Caitlin Buchala found a worm and maggots in her sandwich crawling on the lettuce. Nail clippings were found in Camden Hetrick’s potato salad. They did not use gloves to make Jane Hoeflinger’s sandwiches and my friends and I were told to stop talking when speaking amongst ourselves. This use to be my favorite place and now I can’t even turn down the street and go to Long Beach anymore."
