"I visit this pizzeria frequently and usually only have to wait about 5 minutes for a slice. However, on my latest visit (9/9/14), I ended up waiting nearly 20 minutes for just one piece. The experience was quite disappointing. A customer who called in his order waited for about 20 minutes, only to be told by the girl at the counter that they didn’t have his order. She didn’t even apologize, which was really unprofessional. I'd never witnessed such a lack of professionalism at this pizzeria before. To make matters worse, a line started to form and the girl just stood there looking confused. I know it wasn't her first day, as I’ve seen her working here before. Overall, I really enjoy this place, but the service from this particular employee left much to be desired."

The pizza is quality, and everyone there seems nice and the service was friendly. I am just always baffled when I order wings from a pizza place and they are breaded. That's just not how you make buffalo wings ?.
