"I visited the Bojangles in Warner Robins, GA, on Highway 96 and decided to try the drive-thru today. Unfortunately, the chicken and biscuits I received were hard and seemed old. When I called the restaurant to address my concerns, the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional, refusing to assist me. I inquired about the tough chicken, mostly wings, and one of the managers hung up on me, claiming she couldn't help. I ended up having to drive 20 minutes back to the restaurant, but they offered no compensation for the inconvenience. I waited another 30 minutes for my chicken while the staff chatted and joked among themselves, showing no signs of customer service. I would not recommend this place to anyone."
