Bojangles' Famous Chicken Biscuits

We go here a lot and usually have no problems, but today they gave me a top box and the offers were exaggerated. I want to bite my gums. The offers were literally the size when McDonalds Nuggets. They forgot my sauce and didn't even give me my fries.

Ordered 8-piece family box. Not only did they not have the bone-in and had to mix tender with it. They gave us really bad quality with only 7 pieces. It was super dry and over-fried. This hasn’t been the first time they missed a piece and gave bad quality chicken pieces. Probably won’t go back for a while.

We often visit this restaurant and usually have a good experience, but today was disappointing. I received a takeout box that was packed with excessive portions. Extremely rude staff. No manners or kindness displayed at all over the course of multiple visits. When I asked for ketchup I was told it was .27 per packet and the staff was frustrated that I hadn't ordered it with the meal to begin with. I don't mind the charge for condiments but if it's not displayed on the menu then who will order it with the meal? This place has been open well over a year and I've yet to be told thank you or anything.

I have never seen in my life an incompetent group of young people working on Sunday 12 June at 18:10. They played around and a half of them only randomly while the ride was packed. I was the only one in time and took almost 20 minutes to get my 4 highest meal, and that was only after I reminded them of my order because they obviously forget about it? I just stood there when my son saw the employees who were completely blown away by the laziness and disregard of the customer service. I shouldn't be surprised if I think!

I usually don't leave post, but thought it was a good idea to do that for this visit. I went too late for lunch, and there's practically no one in there. It took 15 minutes to take my order. I asked politely several times if someone could take my order. Finally begrudgingly, someone took my order. The food was pretty good. The dining room wasn't clean. They have a lot of tables and I don't think they have a clean table in there, they're obviously not at the dining room at all. The restaurant was well occupied. First off, if I could leave a 0 start review I would! I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes before they took my order. After I took my order they told me that the chicken was taking a little bit longer, I sat for 15 minutes. During that time I saw a employee walk out with 2 chicken supremes and left. I wait another 5-10 minutes after that before I went inside to talk to them. I was very close to just asking for my money back. Decided to use the app to save time. However, when I arrived to pickup my order I was informed that they were out of grilled chicken which was 2/3rds of my order Grilled Chicken Sandwiches. If this had been the first time I could have excused it. But this has happened 4 of the last 5 times I have tried to order the grilled chicken sandwich from this location. I just don't understand how a restaurant that only serves chicken can't keep grilled chicken for a grilled chicken sandwich.
