"No complaints on the taste but way too expensive for what I received. The R13. Salmon Avocado Roll was not rolled properly and the salmon/avocado kept falling out. The description says it comes with soup and salad but this is not true. The White Tuna sushi (fish over rice) was $4+ but ended up being one piece."

"We visited for Happy Hour on a Thursday and were impressed by the wide variety of food options, particularly the rolls available during Happy Hour. "Weekday lunch date with a couple of friends. Not the first time I've had food from here. A couple of us opted for specialty sushi rolls and the other person went for a lunch box (good value as it comes with soup/salad, rice, shumai, tempura, sushi) as well as the main choosen item). The food came out pretty quickly and was fresh and very good. My Outa Control Roll was a noteworthy mention good portion size and very tasty. The dining room has lots of seating as well as space at the bar. I think they are used to people popping in quickly for lunch, so service was not really attentive."

"Our meals tonight were as delicious as every other time. Carefully prepared and presented. We dining tonight with a party of an were attentively cared for and when our server realized one of the people in our party was waiting for their sushi after other meals had been served, he quickly brought her a soup on the house so she wasn't the only one waiting while we dug into our individually and deliciously prepared meals. I would recommend this place for everything from a last minute night out to a planned event. We will definitely be back sooner than later!"

"We visit this restaurant often and are always pleased. We come with our kids sometimes and other times just the adults. "The staff was incredibly friendly and had a great sense of humor. Since it was our first visit, they recommended several dishes, and we ended up enjoying every single one of them. We ordered a variety of tapas, including Mango Lemonade, Passion Fruit Lemonade, Happy Ending Roll (a salmon tempura roll topped with seared tuna, garlic ponzu, and eel sauce), Salmon Teriyaki, Yakitori Chicken with onion, Meatball Miso Cod, and more Yakitori Chicken with onion, Kabocha squash, and beef tongue. This place is fantastic and is by far our favorite Japanese restaurant. The Yakitori was amazing, which is quite rare to find around here. We all tried cow tongue for the first time, and surprisingly, it became our favorite dish! It was so flavorful and delicious—just melted in our mouths. "I ordered sushi from this restaurant through Beyond Menus, and everything seemed fine when I placed my order. However, as soon as I started eating, I realized there was avocado in the roll. Not only was avocado not listed as an ingredient, but I had also specified my allergy when I ordered. When I called to address the problem, the staff member argued with me as if I had requested the avocado. Eventually, she connected me with her boss, but he struggled to communicate effectively in English, which made the situation even more frustrating. After he got off the line, the same staff member returned and started raising her voice at me. When I pushed back, she hung up. When I called back to request a refund, she immediately started arguing again, insisting that avocado was included in the listing. I firmly told her it was not, and after several rounds of them refusing to listen, I demanded a full refund and requested to speak to the manager. She claimed she was the manager, despite previously saying that her boss was the one I had spoken to. When I asked if she was the owner, she said yes. This establishment not only provided incorrect food, but they also lied to me about their policies, stating that I would not be able to order from them again if I received a refund. I strongly advise against ordering from this place. I've attached a picture of the menu, which clearly does not list avocado. UPDATE: Just now, I received a call from this woman asking me to remove my Yelp review in exchange for my money back. She even suggested that I write a letter. I told her there was no way I would do that before receiving my refund, and I threatened to call a lawyer if these calls continued. She then called me delusional."

"My friends and I came to this restaurant after a good workout nearby. The interior was much smaller than it appeared in the pictures, with only about eight tables. I was hesitant to order sushi from such a small place, but since our options were limited in the area, we decided to give it a try. We started with salad, calamari, and miso soup as appetizers, and ordered rolls ranging from the Red Monster Roll to salmon rolls. The service was friendly, and at the end of our meal, one of the chefs surprised us with cold cinnamon tea, which was surprisingly refreshing. I might even start drinking cold cinnamon tea as a summer beverage now."

"I wouldn't recommend this restaurant at all. They call it Nepalese, but it's just a fancy name for Indian food that I love. There are many excellent Indian restaurants here, but this is not one of them. Firstly, there were no other customers when we got there. Two parties came in after us and we dealt with them before we did. We have expressly told the waitress everything mild. When we ordered a birayani she forgot to tell us until we complained that it is always spicy. We started with an inedible lentil soup. It was cold and salty. We asked for hot tea and she said they had gone out that afternoon. Our chicken tikka was all sauce and very little chicken. We sent it back and told them to add more chicken. The shrimp dish was the same - all sauce and hardly any shrimp. The sauces over the rice were pleasant, but overpriced for how little you got. We enjoyed the starter of Mo MO and the Chana Masala. I love Mango Lassi, but they just poured it out of a 1 gallon container. It was probably pre-made in the supermarket. Don't go here when we have such a large and diverse Indian community with excellent restaurants across the region."

"I ordered a sushi for two and a large beer and asked for water, they served us a soup before the sushi and brought us our beer, no water, I thought this was coming later I didn’t want to ask as she was busy serving other customers, then the sushi arrived we started eat it and it was delicious, we asked for the water and with my surprise after we finished the sushi and just received our water we were given our bill and asked if we were done I don’t know if we did anything wrong asking for the water but looked like she wanted to have the table but I was still drinking my beer and even though we though about ordering more we just left.Also looked liked there were no toilets just as fyiSushi was good however the treatment received was way below standard hence the two stars"

"Our family birthday celebration at this restaurant was a hit with a variety of delicious dishes. The Spicy Jin Ramen and Chasu Ramen were both tasty, along with the generous assortment of sushi such as the Golden Dragon, Spider Roll, and Woodbridge rolls. We also enjoyed the flavorful shrimp tempura, fragrant Lemongrass tofu, grilled avocado, sweet potato business, and shumai. The fusion salmon was decent, but overall the flavors didn't quite come together as well as we had hoped. The food was prepared in a timely fashion for the large order we placed, and our pickup order was ready before the estimated time. The staff was friendly, and the restaurant seemed to have a happy atmosphere with many satisfied customers and a smooth flow of pickup orders being fulfilled. We look forward to returning to dine at this restaurant again in the future."

"I had an amazing experience at the hibachi station during my recent visit to this restaurant. The hibachi chef was not only skilled at cooking but also entertaining and enjoyable to watch. The meal he prepared for us was absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to return for another visit soon. He was also very accommodating with dietary restrictions, offering meals without sauce or salt when needed. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was really pleasant. The price per person ranged from $10 to $20, which is quite reasonable. I highly recommend trying the Sushi Chef, Hibachi Filet Mignon, Scallops with Mixed Vegetables, California Roll, Sushi, and Onion Soup."

"Great place for a yummy Bento Box Lunch I went here with a friend for a workday lunch about 11:30-12:30. Parking can be difficult at peak times but a couple circles of surrounding streets and I found a space. It was a gorgeous day so a three minutewalk was nothing. It is a narrow/small restaurant, one side showcasing the bar and cooks and the other a bank of large windows.Seating options are bar, low top and high top tables. Nice and clean. There are clear covid guards up along the food prep andbar to separate workers from clients. The Bento boxes are only served at lunch and I can highly recommend the Unagi TeriyakiBento Box. It comes with miso soup and a salad beforehand, then the box itself contains teriyaki unagi, white rice, spicyedamame, 3 pieces of sushi, sweet potato and broccoli tempura, fried scallops and gyoza. Yum! Staff was attentive without beingfussy or pushy. The food was delicious and I will for sure come here again."
