"I ordered a sushi for two and a large beer and asked for water, they served us a soup before the sushi and brought us our beer, no water, I thought this was coming later I didn’t want to ask as she was busy serving other customers, then the sushi arrived we started eat it and it was delicious, we asked for the water and with my surprise after we finished the sushi and just received our water we were given our bill and asked if we were done I don’t know if we did anything wrong asking for the water but looked like she wanted to have the table but I was still drinking my beer and even though we though about ordering more we just left. Also looked liked there were no toilets just as fyiSushi was good however the treatment received was way below standard hence the two stars"

Loved this little spot. Limited seating which adds to the charm. Cute, food reasonably priced and decent amount of it and very attentive service. View menu

A little odd place with room for only 14 people : (plus takeaway Not the friendliest staff a fun mix of local NYC impoliteness and general rush, but the food is good and I think they mean well.

Stumbled on this little shop, the food was fresh and tasty. They had a great selection of menu items to choose from and the food came out quickly. Really enjoyed it and would highly recommend it if you are in the area.

I had sushi here during the pandemic and it was good. I decided to purchase some I happen to be in the neighborhood. My god, this place looks pretty dirty and the service is as mediocre as the sushi. Compared to how they made it before, I’ll be going elsewhere and definitely taking this off my favorites list. View menu

I forgot how amazing and different well-prepared sushi is from mass market sushi. The rice is warm and perfectly cooked, the fish is super fresh and cool but not cold. So beautifully prepared. It's a small hole on the wall but so worth it! A bit pricey but not bad for NYC. I got just two pieces for $12 but I will remember this dearly!

One of the most delicious meals, I got while visiting NYC, I decided to explore Chinatown and I found this little gem, The place was cozy and clean, the service was superb and the food was outstanding, I'm a chef from Austin Texas and sushi its one of my favorite dishes, the quality and the freshness of the ingredients make you have more and more. The fish was fresh and good amount in every sushi piece.Thank you and congratulations!

"We went to Bread N Wine on a early Saturday afternoon for brunch. We were greeted and seated by the servers who were attentive. The food was okay the bread was really soft and fresh. My partner got the French Lentil Soup, Spinach and Tomato Egg Bake andI got the French onion soup, egg omelette with spicy tomato avocado and onions. I wasn 't happy with my omelette because thespicy just meant it was covered in hot sauce within. For beverages, we got chai lattes (we later found out it wasn 't tea basedbut rather coffee) and we had the option of oat milk, almond milk or regular milk. In terms of our overall experience we feltby the end too many things were steering the experience south; the worst was when we were accused of using counterfeit money topay for the tip. There was no special marker used to prove that the money was counterfeit or technology to back up this claim. That experience alone left a bad taste in our mouth as we left embarrassed by that claim, kind of shook from that, we stilladded the tip to our credit card 18%. As we walked out and talked about how weird that was, the owner of the business nextdoor overheard us and asked to see the $20 bill he showed us that our money was real and validated what we knew, that themoney wasn 't counterfeit. When we went back into Bread N Wine to discuss this there was no apology, just well, it felt thatway , shrug. It left a terrible feeling. We would not go back after that, this is not how you treat customers from start tofinish, hence the 2 star review."
