"Slowest spot ever ! They literally looked like they were working in slow motion. It's clean tho ,even behind the registers. They just slow ! Like literally super clean. There was a guy that walked the interior of the restaurant sanitizingeverything,the entire time I was there . Every single time someone got up ,he was sanitizing! I watched him do that the entiretime I waited, nearly 40 minutes. He didn't miss a beat . The bathroom was super clean as well ! But you finna wait on thatfood !???????????? Side note : At least you know it's safe to eat there .?????????????????????????????????"

"Sadly this location seems to be going down hill. Not sure if they lost everyone to other jobs? But we will not be returning. 20 minutes to get to window to pay. The young man uses his filthy glove to clean our cups. I mention soda is streaming down. Notone time in 20 minutes of handling cash, food, credit cards, the register did he change them or wash his hands. I explained theorder was wrong and was yelled at. Told I was wrong, and he was right. I happen to be on a zoom meeting for all to hear thisyoung man. Lastly, when I asked for the manager he continued to be rude. This has been a very constant problem here. Also,please tell me why the order taker for your second line only comes out 15 minutes apart instead of going down the line. Also,you might ensure you tell them stop zig zapping between cars. Besides seeming like a bag full of germs and some drinks that gotthrown out. Whataburger as a whole what is going on?"

"This Whataburger the wait to receive food is terrible. I sat in the drive thru for a good 30 minutes before even seeing the window. The food wasn’t even remotely warm and the girl at the window forgot one drink. I didn’t drive away but she did know that I ordered 2 meals. Not sure if she was new and training but it was awful. "Realizing it's 11pm on Labor Day weekend, there is only one register open and the employee at the register continually leaves the register for some reason. The line to order took 30 minutes or more for most people. The fact that they were this understaffed was astounding. I understand that Covid has caused a shortage of workers, but this was beyond ridiculous. If it wasn't an absolute necessity to get food and there was anywhere else open, I would never have come here and waited this long. The employee was very kind, but this was completely unacceptable as far as an overall customer service experience. I will never come here again."

"Great staff, super helpful.As their locations are not in my area, this was high on my list when I travel.As a first time experience it was mostly ok. "I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes, and my order was wrong. The fries and onion rings were cold, and I asked for 6 ketchup packets but only received 2. I paid for grilled onions on my bacon cheeseburger, but they were missing, and my chicken sandwich didn’t even have the mayonnaise I requested. I tried calling the location but couldn’t get anyone to answer. The cold onion rings tasted like old oil. I definitely won’t be going back."

"If you are an Uber Eats Driver or Doordash don’t bother stopping by this location. They make you jump through hoops and require a “verification card” to pick up a simple order, he said the order was not even in their system yet and it should pop up “soon”. He would not give me a straight answer if I was even able to get the order to deliver after showing him the order details on my phone and verified the location. I have never heard of any card or ID we as food delivery drivers are supposed to have? Unprofessional and not worth the trouble."

"I'm absolutely amazed! This place is incredible. I haven't had a burger from a restaurant in years, regardless of the price range. The service here is outstanding. It feels like I've stepped into a 1970s family restaurant. The onion rings are fantastic, the burgers are fantastic, and the shakes are fantastic! Fast food has really declined over the past decade, and the last three years have been particularly disappointing. But here? It feels like dining in a classic market house restaurant from years ago. I honestly can't find the words. I have no idea how to enjoy a meal in a fast food joint anymore. I can't even remember what it tastes like after 45 minutes. But I do know that if I'm looking to treat myself or my family to a burger, this place is unbeatable in the valley!"

"I love Whataburger. I don 't live near any, so when I travel to places near one, I always stop. This one has really put me off for a bit. Arrived at 6pm on a Sunday. Drive thru was busy, but moving, and dine in was empty, so I parked and went in. Order was taken by 6:11. Order wasn 't delivered until 6:47, and that was with the cashier bugging the cooks 3 times about the order. To the cashiers credit, she seemed to be the only worker in the place, trying to clean the restrooms and work the counter while others stood around. An attempt to talk to a manager was worthless. He couldn 't understand why someone would be upset waiting 30 min for a chicken sandwich...To make the experience all the more worse, an email to corporate just resulted in a canned sorry response, and a clear indication that they didn 't bother to read the comments in the original message.Parking: Only a few spots, most blocked by the drive thru line."

"I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant, and the cashier, Serena C., was especially friendly. My visit did not disappoint. I ordered the patty melt and onion rings, enjoyed half of each, and took the leftovers home. My favorite item at What-A-Burger is the taquitos, which are closely followed by what I had today. However, I do have one complaint about the What-A-Burger chain: their prices for extra cheese on the taquitos. They only include half a slice of cheese by default and then charge seventy-five cents for an additional half slice! Given the high profit margins they likely make on their soft drinks, don’t you think they could be a bit more generous with that extra half slice of cheese? Or is it just me who feels this way?"

"I came here two days ago by myself around 12:45pm and the restaurant was very busy. Probably around 20-25 people in the store and the drive thru was full. I got inside and was behind 3 people when they opened another register for cards only. Since thepeople ahead of me were paying cash I was able to skip the line. I ordered a number 1 with mustard,mayo and ketchup. I orderedit with no pickles and no drink but instead a large fry. The girl taking my order was not paying attention to my order andseemed to be a little flustered. I swiped my card and then realized she rang me up for a large onion ring. A lot ofwhataburger?s food is good but one item I think they need improvement on is their onion rings. So I told the cashier that Iwanted a large fry not onion rings. She didn?t know how to refund the item so she got a manager. I suppose the most annoyingthing about my visit was that the manager said to the cashier (not even to me) that there is only a 50cent difference and wewill get him (me) a large fry. This irritated me because I work in fast-food for basically minimum wage and I have bills to payand save every nickle and dime I can. I decided to go with the onion rings. Food came out quickly considering the amount ofpeople in-house and in the drive-thru. My hamburger had pickles in it and no onions. I took out the pickles and decided not todo anything about it. I would say customer-service wise it was a below-average experience. I want to mention that the restaurantwas very clean despite how busy they were. I?ll probably come back here again but when they are not busy. And next time I willreview my entire order before being cashed out."

"I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. The service was extremely rude. The woman at the drive-thru yelled at me several times—first for pulling too far forward after waiting for five minutes at the payment window without being acknowledged, and then again for not pulling far enough ahead to a line that I couldn't see from inside the car. To top it off, she practically threw my food into the car and left out one of the burgers we had paid for. All of this came after waiting 30 minutes in the drive-thru."

"Whataburger remains the best Burger for the price ever! It had a close competitor at Lotta Burger (remember this burger? . These new places just don 't even compare. I went to a food truck gathering and bought a hamburger for $15! No fries. No soda. Cook it how you want, add whatever...its still hamburger! Maybe it 's the familiar taste that reminds me of the past. What ever it is, they have kept that same great taste for years and are still pretty affordable. No 4 is my favorite, and we are four generations of fans. For the longest time, my kids thought the name of the place was Want a Burger because every time they wanted a burger, that 's where we would go. Now, they go on their own and call to tell me. I still eat them and still think What a burger!"

"I am not sure if this whataburger changed ownership recently but something happened. It now takes 25 minutes average for the drive thru!! the employees are young kids who haven't got a clue. almost every time I ask for an ice tea I get tea with no ice and I get sweet tea. they do not know the difference between sweet tea and regular ice tea. This has happened too many times to count!!! the tea is brewed so it comes out hot- so duh!! you have to fill the glass full of ice so some ice remains!! you ask specifically for sweet tea. ice tea is not sweet tea!!!!! I saw a girl pour a whole bag of powdered sugar into one cannister of tea!!!!! Then they roll their eyes at you like you are the problem!! This store is going under!!!I went their tonight for the last time!! Telling all my friends. too. Walked in to get a tea earlier this week. 7 employees including 2 managers at the register- people waiting in line to order and only one employees taking orders. The rest including the manager just standing around talking and didn't even do anything about the waiting customers!! We live in a very sad word right now!!"

"When we approached the manager to point out the mistake, he seemed annoyed to see us and even accused us of having made the error! Eventually, he realized the mistake was on his part but didn't offer an apology. Instead, he just looked frustrated and sighed as he went back into the kitchen. I get that mistakes can happen, but there’s no reason for rudeness. Perhaps it was because we’re teenagers, but he treated us as if we were inconveniencing him. The staff members were nice, though; one of the girls even apologized for the manager's mistakes. Whataburger really should consider improving their management!"

"We can only handle so much Texan pride before it becomes overwhelming. Unfortunately, the poor service at this restaurant is hard to ignore. The noticeable understaffing and overworked employees make it difficult to blame the few who are genuinely dedicated and hard-working. With a long line of cars at the drive-thru and numerous customers waiting inside, it was clear that this location was struggling. Watching one person manage the lobby, drive-thru, and kitchen duties was painful. The responsibility ultimately lies with the owner, who needs to address the situation. By increasing wages, attracting better staff, and possibly adjusting prices, the owner could implement positive changes that customers would appreciate. "Gone to this location many times. First time, complainant. The manager here, so incompetent. Would think a manager would know how to redeem a receipt but, she was a little confused. I usually hand them the receipt to redeem, info is on receipt, she’s totally lost. Wouldn’t even gotten upset had she, not given me a little attitude. Not my fault that, you’re incompetent.
