"Pulled up to drive-thru speaker on my motorcycle to grab breakfast on the way to work. Got off my bike and squatted down at the speaker to hear better with my helmet on. No greeting. I say, “Hello?” “Helloooo? “HELLO?” and get nothing back. Turn my running bike off and try again. Again, no response. Ride around the corner to window, manager and employee in grill area looked at me and both walked out of sight. Sat at the window for another couple of minutes as they walked from the grill to lobby to the back, like four different times doing other things, all while looking at me sitting on my bike at the window. At this point, I had been made late to work from this, so I rode back around and walked inside. Employee took my order after standing at the counter for a minute or two, and said the drive-thru alarm hadn’t gone off. He saw me straight through the window, we made eye contact, and both he and the manager walked away. Infuriating."

Not bad, for the first time at one of them. It was late, that was close by, so said what the duck. Not bad. Typical fast burger connection. Food: 3/5

I ordered two paws. I have one. It took a while to get my food. They ignored me when I went to checkout. It took 5-10 minutes until they “take the order”.

Wish I knew what happened to whataburger but their food is not as good as it used to be. The burger and fries were cold not even warm. Seems like a pandemic among fast food chains these days. View menu

It was first time in this Whataburger. Food was good. Had to ask for ketchup for our fries, and napkins, the employees didnt seem to want to be there! Service was subpar, would still recommend as the sandwiches are very good.

Eating wasn't great. I don't know how to order the food, but my cheese is not melted in my burger even 10 or 15 minutes after my meal. Fries were hot, but no salt. Not a great trip. Whataburger is always hot or miss that was a miss.

This is one of those old school style Whataburgers. From the outside and the inside it was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Our orders came out quickly. The seats are stationary. This is definitely not meant for large groups or parties. Accommodation is more for 2-3 parties since the inside dining is small. Plenty of parking. View menu

The food was cold, I commanded a medium fries and got a little. I was on the midday brake once I am back to work I saw my food patty was under cook (yet pink)Carmen said in Spanish you get what you GetGilbert said I am sorry you already have a bite I am not Gunna Take it back. I heard the chefs on the back, the ugly names in Spanish. I wanted a refund and they gave me less money then what my order was.

The experience could have been enhanced, but I sat in the car for 15min waiting on my niece and son to come out. I sat there hungry, for them to not even want to share their fries. I quickly dropped my niece off. Only to have my son say he brought onion rings to share with me. ?. But he didn't like how I asked. So ... 1 for the food 1 for the service and an I hate it here for the atmosphere these kids created. But we do frequent this location. ?

"I literally just made a review but I’m going to make another one because for whatever reason someone or somehow it got deleted. I used to be a regular at Bouldin and the service was always amazing but my last two visits have been by far horrible. The service has been so poor that I felt disgusted when leaving the restaurant. There are two girls that work there with light brown hair and blue eyes. Pretty sure one of their names is Rego. My boyfriend and I were served by her before and she seemed nothing but annoyed and couldn’t care less if we were in her section. Barley even interacted with us or asked how our meal was and just seemed disgusted by us, just being rude passive aggressive for no reason at all. I’m a server and I KNOW this isn’t how you treat your guests and the same thing happened tonight. She just seemed like she couldn’t care less if we were there and just seemed annoyed? I don’t mind paying the gratuity if I’m being treated decently but that wasn’t the case and I feel as though they feel like they think they can get away with behaving like mean girls just because there’s a gratuity. I have friends that dine here as well and they have had the same experience. I’m not one to write reviews but I feel this needs to come across a managers attention so they know who they are hiring and how they are treating customers. Really disgusted and disappointing and if this gets deleted again I’ll write another review or just call the store to speak to a manager. Disgusted by their behavior."
