"When we approached the manager to point out the mistake, he seemed annoyed to see us and even accused us of having made the error! Eventually, he realized the mistake was on his part but didn't offer an apology. Instead, he just looked frustrated and sighed as he went back into the kitchen. I get that mistakes can happen, but there’s no reason for rudeness. Perhaps it was because we’re teenagers, but he treated us as if we were inconveniencing him. The staff members were nice, though; one of the girls even apologized for the manager's mistakes. Whataburger really should consider improving their management!"

Ordered takeout around 4 am, got half unsweet tea and lemonade. Didn’t notice that there was a weird clumpy substance in the drink and drank it anyways….called corporate

This location is terrible. They are painfully slow. Then when you finally get to the window they ask you to pull up to wait some more. Then when you finally get your food you drive home only to realize that they gave you the wrong food. View menu

You can't go wrong with Whataburger! I tried the new breakfast bowl and it was delicious! I would have preferred the biscuit to be served separately (the bottom half was placed under the eggs and gravy), but that's just my personal preference. Overall, the food deserves a 5/5!

The only reason I come to this place is because it's the next. All EVERZEICHNIS I come here, they are shaking my order. Probably Gunna take the longer trip to today tired always home and my order is wrong from here. I went back once to correct my order and they still got it wrong.

Food Great! Service not good at all. We were first in line and it took almost 15/20 mins for 2 egg sandwiches. The man at door wasn't nice friendly did say sorry for the wait.. Just horrible to be at the window . Needs better trading. It was the Whataburger by breaker apartments and smoothy king. View menu

I had a great experience at the restaurant! I was really pleased with the service and enjoyed my hamburger; the fries were perfect, and my drink was wonderful. However, I did notice that the prices were a bit higher than I'm used to. I understand that times are tough, so it's reasonable to adjust prices accordingly.

Wow. I just went to the Whataburger on Yorktown and immediately regretted my decision. There was a mile long line in the drive thru and people were complaining inside the restaurant. They don't have their **** together at this restaurant. The young manager looks totally inept and people kept coming in saying their drive thru order had been screwed up. Is a burger worth this chaos? HmmmmI think not.
