"We stopped here for lunch half way through our long road trip. Sal was super friendly. Slices were delicious. Sal made a special chicken cacciatore roll for my wife. Every patron that came in after us seemed to know him, i.e. it wasn't their first time there. It was our first time but hopefully not our last. Bravissimo Sal!"

"I needed dinner and there wasn't anywhere good near my hotel, so I yelped somewhere good to eat. I found Roseanna's and drove over. It was a small pizza/Italian place in what I think was downtown Bethlehem. I had to pay for parking but that was okay. I ordered a pizza which took a little while to make so I got to do some people watching. I realized pretty quickly that all of the families that were in there eating were related to the owners. It was kind of neat to see three generations together essentially having family time at their little restaurant. But on to the food. I got what was the equivalent of the meat lovers pizza and it was fantastic. It was also well priced. Some of the best pizza I have had in a while. It had a ton of meat, and it was also pretty high quality because there wasn't the normal greasiness that you get with meat pizzas. It also tasted pretty good the next morning for breakfast."

"My last few visits where nothing to brag about... Staff in providence tends to do what they want because the owners are never around. The staff member that do get my order right are never there or do not work there anymore. The others do not listing to customers in regards to what they order or how they want there food. I believe there is lack of management. Now I only go in there for over priced cans of soda and pizza slices if I am desperate, this way there is very little room for my order to go wrong....or I would just order from someone else."

"We order from Tony’s all the time but today may be our last time and it’s not because of the food, it is because of the rude young woman who answers the phone. The employee told me that the delivery will take 40 minutes, however they never take that long they usually come very quickly. All we ordered was a cold turkey sub and chicken fingers. I called to make sure there were no issues with the delivery and stated it has been an hour since I called to place the order. The young woman on the phone said “actually it hasn’t been over an hour, we said 40 minutes”. Okay yes that is why I am calling because it has been an hour and I never said it has been “over an hour”. How rude!"

"I stopped ordering from this restaurant some time ago because the food was not up to par. I decided to give it another chance, but I was let down once again. While the food arrived quickly, the pizza I ordered tasted as if it had been reheated and was overcooked. Additionally, I ordered a chicken BLT wrap with fries, but they forgot to include the fries. To make matters worse, they got the delivery address wrong, and the driver even mentioned that this happens frequently. I ended up paying a lot for this meal and won’t be ordering from here again."

"absolutely terrible customer service. Last night we ate at motors and the waitress has greeted us with a long story about how they and the server are in a feud with one of the food trucks and were strongly urged not to buy from them. then they took my license in exchange for bags for Baggo/Eckhole. When I picked up my license from the bartender, he said he lost it and didn't know what to say. After hanging around long enough, he thought they had given it to another customer. I gave him my number and he never called. I called and emailed every single gang and was finally told that they would look at it the following day. I have missed a working day to get a new license at the tax collector, and all that they offer was a 30$ gift card and a beer. the license costs 25$ and the days work cost me much more than that. if they screw up my meal in any other restaurant, I would probably be offered the same compensation. they gave my personal information away to a stranger and their answer was “I don’t know what to tell them” and 13 phone calls later in the round. “here is a burgerfries and a beer.” oh and while we had to eat from our polystyrene boxes in the restaurant we had to keep them closed between every bit to help was flying from the overwhelming amount of. that is not so much the restaurants I think, but it kills the mood, even if their license is not stolen and the staff does not involve them in their rotten. as always for the personal. my value as a customer who was here several times is less than the cost of a meal and a beer. If they had offered something appropriate, I would have refused and written a great criticism. character is what I wanted to see in such a big mistake. to give away personal information of customers who may lead to identity fraud is only worth the cost of a meal and a beer. the cost of a customer who loses a full day in this rough economy is just a meal and a beer worth. Even when I finally went back to get back my license days later, I was told I had just driven illegally without my license and Florida statistics breaking 322.15 when they review my reviews, I give the people many chances as I did by constantly trying to get help. most of my reviews are great Raving reviews. I'm not so upset. you worked hard for this 1 star."

"They have a delivery boy who drives around a white Acura. His entire rear bumper is destroyed from crashing into cars on the block as he parks as close to a service door as he can. I assume for distance as he doesn't want to walk around the building >50 feet. This is very upsetting to live on the block and know there is ample parking and a parking pad on site. "My friend and I were starving after walking around Depot Park and we were craving pizza. Luckily, Big Lou's was just a 5 minute drive! We choose to order the Big Lou's House Special Pizza which had an olive oil base topped with fresh tomato slices, imported prosciutto, ricotta, garlic and oregano. After we ordered we realized that we could've made our own pizza, oops. We probably waited about 10-15 minutes for the pizza and we devoured the pizza in minutes, haha. The house pizza was okay. There wasn't much prosciutto or fresh tomato slices on the pizza. I think if we've known that we could've made our own pizza, my friend and I would have enjoyed it more. But we honestly should've order a larger pizza or sides along with the house pizza but due to time, we had to leave. Looks like I'm going to have to give Big Lou's another visit!"

"Visited this place while in town this past weekend because of Dave Portnoy's One Bite App. Was suppose to eat inside but my wife got delayed and I had to get takeout for us to eat later. I said what the heck I'll have a drink and sit at the bar and order my takeout and get a feel for the place. Wow, what an operation they run. Several different eating areas, a seperate takeout window and a bar with tables in it with the ballgame on. All employees firing on all cylinders was a joy to watch while I enjoyed my Crown Royal at the bar. As for the food the pizza was the best I have ever had in New Jersey and my wife had Chicken Alfredo and I had the Special Lasagna. Both delish and fresh bread. Thank you, can't wait to come back and sit inside. F Y I check parking here before you go, certain times free certain times you have to feed the meter. Well worth it though. I believe this place offers curbside takeout as well but I'm not sure Also cash only establishment."
