"After paying, the server kindly offered to help carry my tablet since I am partially disabled, and I appreciated her assistance. Once I settled at my table, I realized there were no forks available for my side. I had to get up again to ask for one from her. When I sat back down, I noticed that the paper napkin dispenser was empty, as were the dispensers on nearby tables.
I took a bite of my sandwich and was met with disappointment—it was dry, falling apart, and lacked flavor. There were only six small slices of kielbasa, which actually had a decent taste, a very thin and flavorless layer of pork, and a piece of cheese that hadn’t melted at all. The coleslaw tasted okay, but its texture was a bit soft, leading me to believe it might have been sitting out for too long. I finished what little I enjoyed from the kielbasa and pork, leaving the rest of the roll on my plate.
Afterward, I used the restroom, which was dirty, with paper on the floor. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I even completed the survey provided by the restaurant to express my dissatisfaction. I notified them via email that I was unhappy with my experience. What a letdown. I would recommend avoiding this place; it’s not worth your time or money!"
