"VERY PISSED... (To go) I ordered a 3 meat plate (3 pieces of sliced brisket, and sausage w/ side of sauteed cabbage and coleslaw). My brisket was 3 slices of fat and white with barely any meat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My cabbage was soggy like it was frozen and then reheated . I just ate the sausage and threw everything else in the damn trash ️. It pisses me off that I spent my money on that.. such a disappointment since I have ate here before and actually enjoyed it but not today! I'm not going back no matter what-Ohhh but the baked potatoes with chopped brisket (no fat) looked amazing as my family sat down and ate while I sat on the couch mad at the world . Thank you backdraft BBQ..."

Super cool place. Great service, good people and a good vibe. The place initially smells like soot. I don't know how they pull that off but it's called Backdraft for a reason and they sell the atmosphere. I bought 3 plates for $20. Dang good deal. I'll be going back in the morning for breakfast. Ordered a 3 meat plate with Potato salad beans took about 15 to 20 minutes to get my food when there was only one other customer in the restaurant. The Brisket had no flavor or smoke ring tasted like it was made in the oven the ribs had no smoke ring at all the Potato salad tasted like it was going bad . I ended up not eating took it to go to give to my Dogs. The one thing that was really bad was the fact that there were so Many FLYS .. inside the restaurant.
