"I recently dined at this restaurant and would like to share my experience. The food was truly impressive, earning a strong 4 out of 5. Each dish was delicious and expertly crafted, making the meal very enjoyable. However, the service left much to be desired, receiving only a 2 out of 5 rating. The staff seemed inattentive and were slow to address our needs, which unfortunately took away from the overall experience. While I highly recommend the food, be aware that you may encounter some challenges with the service."

"I hate doing this, but I ordered from Nando’s around 20 minutes before they closed. I entirely expected “end-of-the-day food”, which, depending on the spot, is usually less desirable than “fresh-out-the-oven food”. However, the two chicken meals I ordered were piping hot and so incredibly juicy. This is easily the best chicken I’ve had in a while. The seasoning/rub/marinade they use on the chicken is amazing, and we had some peri sauce and peri ranch to dip it in, which were both fantastic. Easy 10/10 and I’m sad we don’t have one of these in Philly!"

"I could not wait to try this place, so I am disappointed. I ordered takeout because it was late and figured I would sit and eat next time. Now, that will not be happening. I ordered a hamburger and cheesesteak however, it took an hour to receive it. I did ask for an update because there was a lack of communication with customers. However, I had to talk to three different people to get the truth. My food was given away by mistake. I am usually pretty understandable. But, I did not appreciate the server who had an attitude or the hostess who did not want to reveal that they did not have my food. Maybe they were overwhelmed. Things like this happen sometimes and I feel that I should have been given the opportunity to eat somewhere else. Instead I was kept in the dark and was informed my food was being made. In reality though, it doesn't take too longer for an order such as mine so of course I was concerned. I did eventually receive my order and was told I would receive a refund the following day. They took my number but it never happened."

"I have been visiting the Chicken Coop for many years now (rest in peace to the original Coop). Whenever I'm back in the area, I always make it a point to stop by when I have a craving for wings. They are consistently crispy, and there is a great selection of sauces available. This time, we also tried the cheese steak macaroni, which was fantastic. There are so many items on the menu that I'm eager to try. I can't wait to return soon! I've noticed some negative reviews, mainly about takeout or DoorDash orders, but I recommend dining in—you won't be disappointed!"

"I placed an order before this one and they called me to clarify what I had ordered and allowed me to cancel without any hassle. I was able to place another order which was a hamburger cooked well done like I asked, which came with fresh lettuce and tomatoes, and the french fries were very tasty and thick. The burger wasn't dry and every bit of a quarter pounder. If you have not tried this place, give them a shot. I would definitely order from here again."

"I’ve had Moes BBQ in multiple states and this one is a poor representation of good BBQ!!! Had the rib platter. They taste boiled not smoked! The banana pudding had nut Meg in it and no bananas!!! If I lived here I would not be back. My wife had the wings. Again. Fried or baked. No smoked. Good service but not good food. The famous corn bread was nowhere near being famous. Truth is truth. Your response is poor and you challenge a customer that’s giving you truth! Poor business ethics as well. It’s hard to hear truth especially when your not even there to mind your store. Must be so wealthy that your using the store as tax shelter. Get real and taste your products all of them. And listen to ALL customers; you may learn something. And oh yes I will definitely blow you up on reviews!!!! Word of mouth is the best or your worst enemy. Have you a chance to own a bad night maybe but you think your a poet!!!! As I said before: truth can’t run from it. Poet. Lol"

"My family and I went out for dinner tonight and ordered food and five fountain drinks. The staff provided us with five clear cups, and everything was going well until the manager (a bald light-skinned man) saw my son refilling his soda. The manager approached my son and said, "You have a water cup. Did you order soda or water?" My son tried to explain that we had ordered soda, but the manager assumed he was with another group of teenagers. He insisted, "You mean 'friends'?" My son clarified that we were actually a family and invited the manager to come over and ask us. However, the manager attempted to take the cup away from my son. Instead of checking our receipt, the computer for our order, or consulting his staff, he simply assumed. I was disappointed with the unprofessional behavior of accusing us of stealing, especially after spending a significant amount of money at the restaurant. It was not the patrons' fault for the cups they were given."

"This was my first time here and I already told my wife I want to come back for more football. I got the fish and chips and they were excellent. Dominique did a great job and was very attentive to our table whenever we needed something. Definitely a great place to come for family time and football. Brandon, one of the managers, was very kind and polite to my family and I. Thank you Hickory Tavern and can't wait to come back."

"Cheryl was our server, and she was simply fantastic! She was incredibly attentive and provided us with excellent recommendations, along with prompt service. The food we had was extraordinary, and the prices were quite reasonable. The decor created a cozy and relaxed atmosphere. I was surprised that this place wasn't crowded on a Friday night. Even after enjoying dessert, two main courses, and a cocktail from the bar, our total came to about $50. We've definitely discovered a new favorite spot for our date nights, and we can't wait to return for more!"

"Very nice sports bar with typical pub food. Excellent burgers and tasty seasoned fries. 2 for 1 beers all day (basically a $3 domestic draft Service was EXCELLENT! Our server Cathy was really great and she had a trainee in tow who was also attentive. Very friendly and helpful. Only had burgers and beers but they were cooked to order (try ordering a medium rare burger in many places and see what you get. I had a side salad and it was basically the mixed field greens with a few items in it but at least not soggy iceberg lettuce. Dozens of TVs so we were able to watch the NFL draft (stop snickering and some NBA playoff action. Main dining area was jammed and loud so we sat in the side dining room which was not too noisy. Nice outdoor patio too. I'd give another star if they had a few more healthy options but I'd definitely recommend this place over any of the larger chains. If I'm in the area and have a hankering for a burger and brewski I'd gladly go back and perhaps try one of their signature items. Bottom line good pub food, great sports viewing and excellent, friendly service convenient to all the hotels right off of I 75"

"I was so disappointed! I have been a loyal HIckory Tavern fan/customer since the beginning. We stopped for lunch yesterday before we catch a movie. The first thing we noticed was how dirty the floor was. The food and paper waste under any high top in the bar area made it look as if nothing had been blurred or carved in weeks. But we decided to overlook this because they weren't awfully busy and we came in and out quickly. The servers worked hard because they had two separate, rather large parties, but they still had no sense of urgency in the task. We also saw inappropriate behavior, which was exhibited from one employee to the other who left us in unbelief. I had a burger who might have been the worst hamburger I've ever eaten. It was barely lukewarm and the pommes were cooked. I had unsweetened iced tea and asked for sweeteners. It never came and finally I searched it myself through another server. Our server took the order, it was delivered by kitchen staff and it never came back to our table to check on us. We even had to look for them to get the check. There are 7 or 8 more restaurants to eat in Sun Valley Shops. We decided badly yesterday, but we will not make this mistake again."

"I was excited to finally try Nando's after everything I've heard from friends both in this area and in the UK. The place is in great shape, with plenty of seating, nice ambience, and spectacular service. The chicken peri-peri bowl seems like a great option if you want to at least feel like you're eating healthy, haha. I'll have to come back for the roasted 1/2 chicken platters and sandwiches that they're known for. If you're debating which spice level to get then you could probably go for the higher one. I think on the ordering platform it only goes mild, medium, hot but they have a separate sauce selection that goes yet higher for the adventurous."

"This restaurant has to have some of the best fried chicken ever crispy, yet very tender moist! The mac cheese cornbread were also big hits worth the drive to Pleasantville if you're not local to the area. The ambience is a nice laid back atmosphere wait staff was super friendly accommodating to my date I. The restaurant is also a short drive from Atlantic City very easy to find using GPS. With our dinner entree of fried chicken we also had cabbage which was delicious (but could have been hotter) broccoli (which my date said could have used a bit more seasoning). Other than that, we had a fabulous experience here. We enjoyed our food here for dinner so much, we returned the next day for breakfast! My date had bacon, eggs hashbrowns which he reported was very good; eggs were cooked to perfection. My choice was chicken waffles which again has to be some of the best fried chicken I've had! I also had a side of hash browns which were cooked with onions peppers mmm! The chicken was delicious the waffle (which came with a side of butter) was crispy to the bite, but soft on the inside. I would definitely order this again! Overall, Sam's Rialto will definitely be in our rotation of eateries when visiting Atlantic City!"

"Today was my second time ordering from here via Grubhub, and once again, the food exceeded my expectations! Everything I ordered was incredibly fresh, hot, and delicious! I especially loved the empanadas, grits, and the breakfast sandwich on a fresh biscuit. I also called the restaurant to confirm that my Grubhub order was placed correctly, and the woman who answered was very kind and patient, showcasing excellent customer service. Tipsy has gained a permanent customer in me!"

"This was probably the worst burger I have ever had. I asked for it to be cooked medium rare, but it came out medium. The burger was also falling apart so much that it was difficult to even eat. When the manager asked how our meal was, I mentioned my disappointment and she apologized, offering us a free dessert. Since my guests were treating me, I didn't want to make a scene and accepted the dessert, which was delicious. My guests enjoyed their Caesar salad with shrimp. However, when I returned on my own a week and a half later, I was told the owner wasn't present during my previous visit and I waited too long to discuss the issue. This disappointing experience, along with another unsatisfactory visit in the past, has led me to decide not to return. The lack of quality food and customer service has left me feeling unsatisfied. Plenty of free parking available."
