Consistently average or just below average. Tables are always sticky from the cleaner they use which is a huge drag. It feels dirty even though they're clean. I would say great for beers and a sports game, not so much for food.

The customer service at this restaurant is fantastic! Nikki and the hostess were wonderful. However, I would not recommend ordering steak. I asked for a medium-cooked steak, but it came out very rare. I sent it back, but it came back the same way. Eventually, I decided to take it home and cook it myself. The manager, whom I did not speak with personally, acknowledged that it was not cooked properly and offered a $5 discount on my meal. View menu

This place is Never consistent. The wait to be greeted by someone, on a Saturday evening, should be less than 30 sec, not minutes, especially when not busy. The food is never the same. I can't believe they send out food that doesn't even look good. The chicken tenders were all breading and looked more like nuggets. The baked potato was inedible due to the salt on it... just not happy but we go back hoping things would be better. Big disappointment. I suggest Town Tavern, Copper Pub...

Menu is broad, food was fantastic. Just work on training your new hires (or possibly all wait staff I can only speak from a single visit) NOT to ask ?and what would you like as your side with that?? and then charge full price for the side item. Askedto our entire group, but only half of the group?s meal apparently came with a complimentary side. Will give the benefit of thedoubt and blame the newness of the employee rather than point fingers at the process. But that?s just a minor thing that shouldnever occur. Will certainly return!

This restaurant is a stunning tavern/sports bar with a more restaurant-like atmosphere. They also have a huge bar area for those looking for a drink. The food is a step above typical fast food joints found on the main street. The location is ideal, situated at a busy intersection making it easily accessible. However, it can get quite hectic on Fridays during game nights or when large groups are in attendance. Despite this, the staff is wonderful, always attentive and anticipating our needs before we even have to ask. They are quick to check on us and make sure we have everything we need, including refills on our drinks. View menu

This is going to be a mixed review...The wait staff was awesome.The wings were a bit pricey but worth it.The kids meal was great and the Nachos were ok.The tenders in my Cobb salad were actually good, the rest was forgettable.I am a huge blue cheese dressing fan, and the blue cheese dressing was terrible.My wife's Tuna in her Ahi Tuna bowl was inedible.Now for the really harsh part. The men's room smelled horribly. The paper towel dispenser was broken and even after I brought it to management's attention, when I went back to wash my hands, the smell was detectable from 8 to 10 feet away from the bathroom entrance.Fix this. .

Be careful! You can get your meal. You can get it in an hour or more. You can get it after everyone at your party has eaten, paid and left. You might have to ask if they're still taking your food. You can just put your food in a box instead of a plate. The waitress doesn't tell you if they have problems in the kitchen. The manager will come and make stories about things. Promise to get your food right away, then your food will die. Drinks are not refilled in time. Eating is too expensive. Service is very moderate. I could not wait to try this place, so I am disappointed. I ordered takeout because it was late and figured I would sit and eat next time. Now, that will not be happening. I ordered a hamburger and cheesesteak however, it took an hour to receive it. I did ask for an update because there was a lack of communication with customers. However, I had to talk to three different people to get the truth. My food was given away by mistake. I am usually pretty understandable. But, I did not appreciate the server who had an attitude or the hostess who did not want to reveal that they did not have my food. Maybe they were overwhelmed.
