"Wow! The quality of the dishes here is truly remarkable! The broth was so rich and flavorful that I found myself savoring it quickly—just couldn't help it! I ordered the Jinya Ramen Black, spicy hot, along with a side of the double inferno sauce, which really elevated the entire bowl. While it falls into the high-end price range, I can confidently say it’s worth every penny. The noodles were thinner than my usual preference, but they absorbed the broth beautifully. I did wish the chashu was a bit fattier, and while the egg was cooked perfectly, it was nothing out of the ordinary. The double tuna cones, on the other hand, were a letdown because they were quite small.
All in all, this place deserves a solid 6 stars, though I’d rank it just slightly below Ramen Jin because it lacks that homemade touch and the heartiness of thicker noodles. I really debated between the two restaurants, but in my opinion, Ramen Jin edges it out by a hair. I also want to highlight that Daphne, our server, provided outstanding service and gave us excellent recommendations!"
