Pick up orders get treated like second class customers, i guess is because were not going to tip, i ordered 40 min ahead, on a 20 min ready ETA, and when i got there my order wasn’t even started yet, had to wait another 20 min just to get my order, on the other-hand servers were very fast to attend eat-in customers. There were too many staff members working, yet the service was slow. We had to wait a long time to place our order, even after being seated for a while. As for the ramen, the flavor was underwhelming. The broth lacked the rich depth I expected, and the tonkotsu pork was not as flavorful as it should have been. We waited over 30 minutes to be seated after being told there was only a 20 minute wait. After being seated for 15 minutes I had to ask for a server to come take our order. Staff are just standing around, I don’t understand. We watched other tables all get served in less than 5 minutes. There was even food left on the condiment tray. ‍ Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ordered fried chicken, but was notified the fryer broke so no chicken to serve. Among all the JINYA Ramen I tried in different cities across United States, this one had the over-salty ramen, the seasoning was not meeting the standards. Came here for lunch with some friends. This place was busy during lunch hours. We chose this place as this place has decent vegetarian options. Our server was nice and professional. But seemed like she was the only one there. Place order 15 minutes from being there, it took us time to decide what to order. It took about 30-35 minutes from ordering for food to arrive. Food was nice and ot was decent portions. This was a little different for my taste buds so can’t say if it was great or not that great. Overall 4/5 View menu

This is a very nice place, clean and well decorated. Probably a little hard to tell at night whether it's open since it looks dark from the outside. A little lightning outdoors would help make it clear that they're open. The food was good they have some really interesting toppings and options. The ramen has a good taste to it. They have a spicy ramen that can really satisfy anyone who craves spicy food. It goes from level one to five with five being the spiciest. The chasu cuts are pretty thick and satisfying. PSA CHECK UR ITEMS THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR ADD ONS AND NOT INCLUDE THEM This is my 3rd time in a row ordering from this location and not getting the add ons I paid for. I’m sad because I love this place. I don’t mind the $20 price point per ramenbut what I have to pay $4 per add on, and they miss it consistently that sucks, especially when I have 4 different ramens I order for my family. This place had such good reviews. I don't know what's going on here... but it is NOT the experience others had. Upon walking in on a Saturday at 2pm. About 3 tables were full. So it was actually pretty empty. We were a party of 3 adults and 1 child. We noticed the doors were left open because the AC doesn't work. It was extremely hot inside. Next we ordered.
