"3 years ago this used to be the best ramen place in Vegas but the quality has been steadily declining the past few years. Now a days, the only reason we order is because their pork gyoza used to be delicious. However, the Henderson location (the one closest to me) seems to have changed the recipe so now it’s really bad so we started ordering delivery from the Rainbow location almost exclusively for their pork gyoza. But the last 4 times, they have been sending less and less ponzu sauce that is supposed to come with the pork gyoza and this time they didn’t even include it at all. Even though I always order 2-3 dishes of gyoza at a time. I am so sad I have to write this review when I used to love this restaurant and take all my friends and family every time they would visit. But I hope this brings it to their attention and they start changing things around."

Amazing service! Your drink will never be empty. Their ramen is perfect, and the brussel sprouts with truffle oil appetizer is wonderful. Love the lemonade!

I love john, he is a cutie pie. He was very helpful to not let my sister or my wife get poisoned from from their allergies and he said my shirt was cool (thanks John) I say give cutie pie John a raise! View menu

This was my first time dining here and I had a fantastic experience. I was pleased to discover that they have locations in Orange County, Southern California. The food and service were top-notch, and the Happy Hour menu offered great value. I will definitely be returning to this place the next time I am in Vegas.

First time here, cool little place. Order their tonkatsu ramen combo with goza and salad.... Salad was bad... It has a bitter taste to it, goza was good but also little end-bitter taste. Ramen was ok... Surprisingly thin noodles were awesome but broth was a little too oily. But it had a clean taste with good flavor. Overall it was ok place

We love Jinya for their vegan creamy ramen bowls. Best ramen in town so far. My only complaint is that at this Rainbow location they use some sort of timer which is constantly going off and as someone who is sensitive to sounds like that, it’s hard for me to enjoy the dine in experience here sometimes. It helps when I sit near the entry (away from the kitchen). Otherwise the food is top notch and the service has been spot on too. View menu

Best place for the Spicey Creamy Vegan Ramen. I usually don't eat the mushroom topping but this was very good. Broth hot, had the right amount of salty umami flavor and wasn't overly creamy. Tofu was soft and warm. Noodles were thick and delicious...though I was skeptical of them being free from egg. My partner tried the Chicken Ramen and said he would order it again. Decor was very beautiful with the right amount of music and lighting. A very nice piece of art over brick. Staff was extremely polite, personable and knowledgeable. Service was fast. Definitely a place I'm coming back to, especially for their vegan menu.

Very good neighborhood ramen bar. Nothing too crazy fancy. When my friends and I went it was quick service. Also went upon the last three or two hours before they closed. The garlic edamame is the only thing I would talk down upon. Maybe I got a bad batch but I certainly had better elsewhere. Seems like the sauce was different. Like they just threw some sauce in top instead of otherwise. The ramen I personally got was very good. Didn’t care for the spinach in it. Took it out but other than that it all was very good.Finished all my food.Sake choices was good. We all loved our food and drinks. Will bring other friends from out of state here again.Wish they were open later as me and my friends ar...

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
