"This was the best dining experience I?ve had in a very long time, I was worried the portions would be too small since it was a coursed dinner..pleasantly surprised VERY full at the end), the chefs are doing everything right. The food was a work of art, the combination of textures in every dish and opposing flavors that become complimentary when paired in the correct manner. Service was great, drinks though we only had two) were great, timing was perfect on each course...you need to go with people you like to talk to, the course isn?t back to back, there?s time to digest, drink, talk, then your next course... valet was a bonus, this will be my new fine dining go to in Maine.
