My review is for Mariah E. we come in often and she’s been very polite every time. She gave us her card so we promised to give her 5 stars. She’s a very upbeat girl. Great work!

Great place for everyone! Estimated right, beautiful children's menu choices, generous portions loved the breadsticks. We even tried an appetizer a dessert. Servers were pleased to provide help. We'll go back for more.

Our last minute fazoli's catering went so well!! They gave us more than enough food and it was all so good. Electra is very great to work with and accommodating. We will for sure be repeating our catering order with them! Ver carta

Eating is pretty good the breadsticks are always amazing. Service was terrible today the long haired man behind the counter had headphones in and did not seem to wander around a care in the world while the customers were fed to order.

I now recommend Shawnee location. New manager, Edith, has significantly improved this store. I visited several times recently and the service, food quality, cleanliness and prices were excellent. I couldn't say that about 6 to 8 months ago.

Came through drivethru order Chicken Fettuccine. Food looked and tasted great. Quick service got to the window payed and received my food under a minute. Girl gave me the card in the bag thank you Mariah E. for the great service. Keep up the good work. Ver carta

Unbelievably pretty decent meal and service with really low price. Love this new kind of Italian restaurant like fast food but the food served hot at your table. Definitely coming back more often. Btw, I love the softness of their bread but one star deducted because of the saltiness.

I was a happy customer with this location. You always make sure I get what I'm looking for. I usually go for dinner hours during the lunch break and the service was amazing. My food is always brought out quickly, except perhaps when I order the 12 packs of bread sticks that are reasonable and I always leave with a smile. I will definitely be a paying customer for a long time.

Wonderful experience with every visit. The new manager David was so brilliant today! They were supported by a large number of phone orders at once and you could see that he picks up every extra black and keeps a quietly collected posture even under pressure. He smiled and went out his way to communicate and keep customers happy and bring them their food personally with an apology for any extra time that was honest not much of a wait. They also have a good runner named Wayne, who is also amazing in customer service. Engages with the customer and keeps them smile. I really love the staff here. Ver carta
