"My fiancé and I had heard great things about Bb.q Chicken, so we decided to try it out. We visited on a Saturday night around 7 PM, but the restaurant was almost empty except for about four guys at the bar. We were told to pick any table, but many were unavailable due to garbage and dirty dishes, which was surprising given how empty the place was. Our food took about 25-30 minutes to arrive, which felt a bit long since we were the only diners. There were only two staff members working, and they weren’t cleaning the tables. One employee was loudly yelling across the restaurant to the other and to customers at the bar, which was distracting. On the bright side, the food was excellent! We tried the secret spicy wings and the original chicken sandwich, and both were impressive. Overall, while the food was fantastic, the service left much to be desired, with staff seeming inexperienced and inattentive—other guests even pointed out the mess that needed cleaning. Next time, we’d stick to ordering takeout."
