Genova's Pizza - Carte

The restaurant is very clean, has a friendly atmosphere, offers great service, is comfortable, and serves exceptional pizza.

Food wasn't great think I was overcharged. Kid taking order wasn t to bright. Havnt been there in awhile proably be awhile till next time.

The pizza was fantastic, and the service was attentive. However, the dining room could have been about 10 degrees warmer. As for accessibility, there is a ramp available for wheelchair users. Voir le carte

This is a timeless restaurant. Meaning, I was away for 10+ years and returned for my favorites. Wouldn't you know. Same great taste I remember! And recently found gluten-free pizza that's the best tasting also.

I ordered a cheesecake, but the meat portion was minimal—similar to how much peanut butter you’d spread on a slice of bread. I requested all the toppings, but it seemed like I only received fried onions, cheese, and sauce, with just a hint of meat. The end of the bread was empty. I won’t be ordering from here again.

We had Genova’s in Spring Grove cater our 50th anniversary party. Kelly was great to work with at every step. It had been a while since I’d done a big party and she patiently answered all my questions. Went there for lunch waited for more than 10 minutes, the two booths in front of us said waited over 25 minutes to get their food , (just arrived as we were leaving. The booth next to us left after 5 minutes for the waitress to come over. No waitress, they left. After over 10 minutes for the waitress to come over to our table we left as well. They also add a charge to your bill (before tax if you use a credit card, than tax the charge. Food is good but the service has gotten bad, rather go elsewhere

We have lived here for years and have tried many times to give them a chance. They are constantly leading up orders and when they do, they owe to the customer or say they 'ASSUMED' otherwise, never offer a refund or replacement of the stuffed items on the order. This has always happened. The last time I called that they screwed up our order (to several things), they said, "I can go somewhere and that a customer lose 't kill them'. I will add that every time, I was very polite and was hit in an extremely defensive way, the guilt on me (I am very clear at the order, for example. a big salad, is a big salad...not a big 'bored chicken salad ', whether a big salad is on the menu or not any assump...

Sad experience and I was embarassed after promising food to someone without any and not receiving my order because of Door Dash and nott knowing Door Dash did this up front when I called Spring Grove! Never had any complaints on their food but last night I called Genovas in Spring Grove directly, ordered 2 pizzas for coworks. When I called Genovas wondering where the food, they explained there's nothing they can do about it and I will have to deal with door dash. I'm frustrated beyond belief because my doordash driver can't speak or type in english and he is randomly texting me pictures of houses as well as calling me even though he can't commuicate with me.
